Bundesliga 2016/17

Wolfsburg trainer is wearing this today:

Pretty boring game. Not even an interesting lineup or system like with Guardiola.

Could've at least rotated some fringe players to give them some game time. Bayern have been so dull to watch this season.

Yeah, lets rotate and play our B team in a one match elimination tie... we've been crappy enough as it is.

It's like watching this on Bayern TV with Hargreaves as co-commentator.

It's like watching catenaccio without any great defending... :boring:

I'm honestly not sure how Ismael gets away with this. Why did they decide to stick with him of all people.

For me, against Schalke on the weekend was even worse. I was literally physically unable to keep watching at some point, it started to make me sick.

I am THIS close to just watching some highlights of the Federer - Nadal final. Insufferable stuff yet again. If we were losing I could at least get really angry, but this is like wet powder.

I mean, we sure are boring, uninspired, and tedious to watch, but what the hell are Wolfsburg doing? What is this? Less intense than a preseason friendly.

For me it continues to be a mystery how people regard Kimmich as the natural successor to Lahm when in fact he has maybe played in total one and a half games for us as right back so far. Why are we so sure this can work?

Good thing nobody told Wolfsburg they're supposed to try to win.

It worked pretty nicely for the national team.

At this point, I don't really care anymore where he plays. As long as he starts, he should be in midfield today instead of Alonso or Thiago.

Hang on, did something happen? The commentators outburst woke me up.

Kimmich being relegated to the bench since December is a travesty. One of the best scorers from midfield in the world, yet supposedly he can't get past Alonso.

It's quite obvious that neither Pep nor Ancelotti (did) see Kimmich in the Alonso role. Neither see him as a right back either, btw.
And quite honestly his contribution in midfield were nowhere near good enough to prefer him to Thiago, though of course I know your slightly bizarre aversion to Thiago probably lets you disagree.

From the sounds of it, the arsenal game couldn't come quick enough for Bayern. They need some inspiration.

Vidal doing his best seal impression (the animal kind).
