I really don't understand why he has to play. He's not a good center back. If Pep doesn't want to play him in midfield, fine, bench him. But don't play him ahead of clearly better players in this position.
 
That looked pretty unintentional to me (no eye contact on the ball). Soft pen.

Ir's just a friendly. Probably trying a few ideas out.

I'd be very suprised if he starts him there in a proper game.
 
Meh, the player was clearly going to just recieve the ball in a dangerous position so I can't really see how that's not a pen he's volleyballed it out of play. (Even though it has to be deliberate).
 
It's a lot better without Mancini looking permanently pissed off (even when City scored). Classic way to make out that his players were to blame for any failing rather than him.
 
I've no idea who the commentator here is but he is a complete retard. Mistaking Negredo for Nasri, saying offside when its gone out.

It's just another preseason game, but I think Bayern are far from their best yet, they were nothing better than city's second XI in first half, and city didn't change too much in second too.

I've got BT Broadband and Sky tv but can't access this. I thought it would be free? I guess a morning fecking about with a call centre gimp is in order for poor old duffer.

Well, I tried to activate it online (the BT website) but they could not connect my viewing card number with my address.

I called BT and they took the details over the phone, it's added 12 months to my BT Broadband contract but it should be up and running in 15 minutes ("but can take up to 24 hours").

One thing though, it's only free in standard definition. It's £3 a month for HD.
 
In the UK it's not (you get BT Sport 1, 2 and ESPN as part of the "Package"). I previously paid monthly for ESPN but that ended.

Might be totally different in Eire though.
 
The Hd pack was free if you signed up before 1 Aug. I got all mine for free (broadband customer) and I don't know if they extended my contract but they didn't mention it at all.

They told me "if you have less than 12 month left on your contract it will be extented". It was the part of the call where she was reading the legal stuff from a script. Sounded like they have to say it everytime.
 
Well, it's working now. Pretty painless to get going.

Looking forward to the "UFC - The Story So Far" doc on at 11pm before the UFC 163.

Stevie Gs testimonial and then Arsenal v Napoli later today as well.

Annoyed at myself for not signing up before 1st August and getting the free HD.
 
How do I get this on Virgin Media TiVo?

ESPN was free the last few seasons, it's only right if they give XL subscription payers BT Sport for free too.
