When and where did it happen .At which point is someone a winner? Bruno has won a league and some cups. They don't count because they aren't the PL or CL?

If you’re going to call someone a winner they better be one.
Bruno has been great but he has also been quite poor in some of out bigger games
When and where did it happen .
"Not a winner".
I asked when has he won the league with which club .

Can you not see the picture?
Yes I can but that can't be a league trophy because Fernandes has never won any .
I wasn't agreeing or disagreeing with Keane's comment I was just correcting posters assertion about Bruno having won the league title .Ahh sorry skipped over the League thing. That having been said, why does it have to be a league title for him to qualify as having won something? That seems weird to me. A trophy is a trophy no?
A player is always responsible for his own performance and he has been poor in some big games.
But no No.10 can consistently perform well against the best when their team is getting completely outplayed.

Virgil Van Dijk has been called a winner and the best defender ever (lol) and is mainly anonymous during the big games too, so I think this is pretty odd from Keano

Winner is probably referring to the fact that he has a winning mentality, which can't be denied, but don't let that skew your agendas.
Bruno is decent? He is decent, Odegaard is good, KDB is great. That's how I see it but to each his own opinion
Meanwhile De Bruyne asks to be subbed off vs Madrid due to an upset tummy.
He asked to be subbed off before extra time started. I would've quickly darted off to the shitter after the full time whistleHave you ever tried to play football when you need to get on the shittter?

I was being tongue in cheek with my comment, by the way. Pep actually confirmed that De Bruyne asked to be subbed off because he was tired and felt like he couldn't give any more.
I agree, but theres no point calling him a winner.
Bruno Fernandes’s match-winning performance against Sheffield United appears even more remarkable given that he was playing with a broken hand. Erik ten Hag revealed on Tuesday that Fernandes was a doubt for the match at Old Trafford after injuring his hand in a fall during the FA Cup semi-final win over Coventry City three days before.
It is understood that Fernandes broke his right hand during the match against Coventry but still insisted on playing against Sheffield United.
The gesture was well received within the club, where he is viewed as a resilient character and inspirational leader. United refused to comment on the extent of Fernandes’s injury on Thursday, stressing that it was a matter of confidentiality.
It isn’t reallyThe whole winner thing is nonsensical anyway, especially in a team sport.
Bruno had a broken hand against Sheffield.
My feckin captain.
Scored two and assisted with a broken hand. Leader.Bruno had a broken hand against Sheffield.
In comparison to the other two, yesBruno is decent?
You haven't a clue what you're talking about.
Totally agreeWe've got 99 problems, and Bruno most definitely isn't one of them.
It's been a while since we've seen him put in that dominant of a performance in the final third like vs Sheffield United.
I don't like how deep he has been playing this season. This summer we should be looking for that dominant CM to partner Mainoo so Bruno can play further up the pitch alongside Hojlund. It's where you get the best of him and limits the downside from the erratic nature of his game.
Continue to build around him? When did we start? None of our recent signings have benefited him, one of his biggest issues is he feels the need to constantly run around doing other people’s jobs for them. If we’d actually built a structure to support him we may have seen the best of him more consistently. Some of you will never learn, how are people still falling for the Bruno trap.
A lot of this thread reads like last year's Rashford thread. "Take him out of the side and who will score all our goals" well we are scoring at a similarly poor rate to last season and that's with Rashford providing feck all.
The Bruno illusion is thinking you can't get better by relacing him because of his stats. He affects the game as a lone ranger, both on and off the ball. When he first joined, he was the connecting piece of the team, now he doesn't do that at all, he just has good moments of football that just seem to exist within the course of the game but there is no synergy with the team.
It's what the stats will never show you. Odegaard knits things together for Arsenal, without him Saka and Ben White would be nowhere near as effective. The only connection Bruno has is the ball into the channel to Rashford.
He's been the centrepiece of this team for the last four years. Why would you continue to build around something that has not worked. You can say we don't have to build around him but with his style and position, he will be central to a team's attack by default.
Sell now while we can get a good price and commit properly to a rebuild.
O Captain! My captain! When did people start saying 'my captain'? As if he's captain of just one fan. It's a rubbish phrase
Doesn't shine a great light on the medical team to me. I mean, if a player has broken bones, should he really play a professional football game against Sheffield United? But I'll be honest, I have no clue how common it is to play through lesser injuries. Just don't know why you would do it for a dead rubber. This is the stuff I am always puzzled by, "uh he wanted to set up the debut boy" and "uh he played voluntarily despite injury" - he must have a great PR team. Most likely Jordan Hendersons crew.
Let’s not forget, as if you would the other way around, that one of these players played as a six/eight and one played as ten. Let’s not forget that Bruno accumulated his G+A over 1300 more minutes (wtf has seasons got to do with anything other than credit for not getting injured). 11 more open play goals is hardly impressive given the position the two played, let alone over the amount of time we are talking and the extra minutes Bruno played. It’s averaging 2 more open play goals a season. It actually speaks volumes for how well Pogba did in comparison to the narrative that you fed off.Let’s not forget that Bruno accumulated his G+A over four and a half seasons. Pogba racked his up over six.
So despite playing one and a half less seasons, he accumulated 11 more open play goals and 2 more assists than Pogba. Consistently playing behind a strike force that is so far inferior to the likes of Lukaku, Ibra and Cavani it’s ridiculous.
The Bruno critics are obsessed with per minute stats because the fact he plays basically every minute of every game will always dilute his productivity more than any other player. And his ability to play those minutes is actually one of his greatest attributes. Especially compared to a weak as piss doper like Pogba.
Isn’t it my ‘choice of’ captain? That’s how I’ve always read it anyway. When did people start saying 'my captain'? As if he's captain of just one fan. It's a rubbish phrase
You might want to look where Pogba was brought into the conversation? Certainly wasn’t by me…but don’t let that spoil your agenda.Pogba still defenders.
The world is mad.
