Course it was racially motivated. One group Asian one white, obvious innit?..........
This is one of the many reasons why British justice is a piss take. It is heavily biased in favour of ethnic background and every body knows it.
Regardless of how good the evidence is in a case like this, those representing an ethnic minority will always play the race card to their advantage.
I like many I guess, have been "lagered up" in the past & stepped out of line. It happens.
And I've seen AND known Asian friends do exactly the same.
Bottom line (until proven otherwise) it was run of the mill agro. Wrong full stop and definately wrong for these two to be involved (being in the public eye).
What pisses me off about this is IMO, after the first trial folded they were NEVER going to go down.
I'm bloody amazed that Woodgate even got the affray.
fecking waste of money and any civil action is going to be the same.
