Na, not if you look at the replies outside the thread.

And yet ANOTHER day goes by with nothing occuring!
This has to be the worst transfer saga in united history, even worse than the ronaldo one for me. and the shit thing is, is that its probably gonna all be for nothing! - this crazy thread included.
I actually fear for berbatov, if he doesnt get this move it will kill him. hes starting to look a right state. i could even see him just walking away from the game alltogether.
(Oh-noes merchant)

That's mental. Honestly, I think you need a break from this thread, maybe go walk the dog or kick a ball around.
Russia playmaker Andrei Arshavin's on-off summer move to Tottenham could be back on, BBC Sport understands.
Spurs ended negotiations with Zenit St Petersburg 10 days ago after failing to agree on a fee for the 27-year-old.
But the Russian side are believed to have re-opened talks after lowering their asking price, prompting a re-think from the Spurs hierarchy.
Should he join, Arshavin would link up with Roman Pavlyuchenko, who will seal his move from Spartak Moscow by Friday.
Tottenham agreed a fee for Pavlyuchenko at the beginning of the week, with the Londoners thought to be paying up to £12m for the 26-year-old striker.
And by pairing him with Arshavin, Spurs will re-create the partnership that helped Russia storm so impressively to the semi-finals of Euro 2008 this summer.
The news should also please Zenit manager Dick Advocaat, who has already signed a like-for-like replacement in Danny from Dinamo Moscow for around £24m and who claimed Arshavin's ongoing links to Spurs have upset team morale this season.
It is thought the pair's arrival will pave the way for Dimitar Berbatov to complete his "dream" move to Manchester United.
The Bulgarian, 28, has repeatedly informed Spurs officials of his desire to move to the champions and he was left out of Saturday's 2-1 defeat to Sunderland last weekend because of a "lack of focus".
Despite potentially outlaying as much as £30m for Arshavin and Pavlyuchenko, Spurs are thought to be close to bringing in two other signings this week.
The first of those is Manchester City defender Vedran Corluka, whose move to the Londoners was called off at the last minute at the start of the month.
City have since signed Belgium international Vincent Kompany from Hamburg and are now thought to be willing to allow the move.
And Tottenham are also thought to be closing on a deal for Sporting Lisbon's highly-rated Portugal international midfielder Miguel Veloso.
The 22-year-old, rated at around £15m, has been linked with Manchester United and Arsenal in the past, but is believed to be keen on a move to Spurs, who are on the look-out for a defensive midfielder to compliment summer signings Luka Modric, David Bentley and Giovani dos Santos.
However, reports suggesting Ajax striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar will join Spurs appear to be wide of the mark, with his agent Arnold Oosterveer telling BBC Sport that he has had no contact from the Londoners regarding a move.
He wouldn't cost much less than Huntelaar, is undoubtedly the worse player and he's just recently signed a new contract.
He's also shown that he takes a long while to settle in a to each foreign club he;s went to and at his age we can't wait for him to settle in.
I also think he's overrated because he had a good season last year.
What else do you want?
He means due to the fact that he had a great season last year, he will now be heralded to very high proportions, proportions which brwned believes he is not worthy of.How does the fact that he had a brilliant season make him overrated?
They are about the same age.

could have sworn I read this a few days ago but the date is todays
The general consensus is that Spurs will complete deals for both Arshavin and Pavlyuchenko. Surely they would not need Berbatov after that. So just let him go.
One says Berbagod is 27 the other 28, he is 27 though right? Wouldn't want him if he was 28.
We will always create and score aplenty with or without Berbatov.
I think he's 28 in january mate.
True.
This doesn't of course, mean that the team won't be significantly more succesful as a result of the additional goals he will provide.
Whis is probably why - and I'm going out on a limb here - Fergie is so keen to add him to our squad.
True. Added to that he will give us another way to play, if we need to go slightly more direct. The one thing we don't have at the moment is a strong physical presence who will consistently cause centre-halves a problem if the ball is thrown up there.
But the bottom line is he is an immense footballer, and he will prove to be a brilliant player for us if he signs.
Amen to that.
Would love to see that last "if" change to a "when", mind you.
Oh well. All part of life's rich tapestry, I suppose.
26 rising to 28.2. You heard it here first.
Et tu Brophs?
Enough WUMs in this thread already, surely?
