The scenes if he goes to PSG.
I'm sure some of the people saying bullshit are typing with a bit of fear.
Nah doubt anyone has any fear about him going to PSG.

LVG is finished...who else we going to replace him with?

Significant funds, talented team that's underperformed in Europe, chance to win the League in another country, opportunity to be the manager that finally get PSG over the line in the Champions League. Against the alternative managing us - chance to revitalise a big club, maybe go down in history as the guy to successfully followed SAF. Either are possible, surely. Personally I think it's Mendes firing a shot over Woodward's bows - get it done soon or I'm off. I think he will be here if we don't screw it up. But...he's consistently given a date for returning to footy - if we don't come up with the appointment in that time....

If we keep fecking Jose about, who could blame him!

We aren't fecking him about, we're just waiting until the season is over to fire LvG and announce him. Daily Mail just needs to produce some clickbait in the meantime.

Might not care about the domestic league if he has a big bankroll and guaranteed champions league competition.

I can't see why he'd be bothered. What she going to achieve there? He'd be guaranteed the league - that's no achievement and another CL exit and he's a failure.

The PL is the big league to be in. Top managers coming in next year and more top players with the money splashing around.

I bet he'd love to go up against Guardiola again, and to prove to those doubting him after Chelsea that he's not a busted flush.

I still think PSG is the perfect fit for Jose, much less of a risk to his legacy going there where he's nailed on to win leagues than come to us in the state we're in with Pep coming in at City to boot

Winning the Champions League with Paris would be a huge achievement and he would go up against the likes of Guardiola, Conte, Wenger and possibly Klopp there as well. His options are fairly limited as well. I get the impression we're his first choice but it all depends on how badly our club wants him.

They have attracted talented players and have performed better than us in CL.

So what?

He's said on many occasions before he loves the PL. And he wants the United job.

If United don't appoint him I very much suspect he'll still have numerous offers.

It's not the same at all.

The PL is the most watched league in the world and its evidently where he feels at home. It's a chance to resurrect a massive club and prove his doubters wrong.

PSG on the other hand is chance to win the league and rage no credit from it, while being under massive pressure to win the CL with a squad who play a handful of comparative games a year.

I suspect he could have had a job in Spain or Italy already if he wanted. He's waiting for the United job and if he doesn't get it, PSG or another CL club will probably take him anyway.

Thanks, Sky. They're so behind these days, aren't they? Always on these tiny pieces of nothingness.

Did they actually expect him to say otherwise? He can't just confirm he's about to join the club after being asked about it by some randomer when Vangle is still in charge and we have a very important Cup final this week.

Less than a week to go till this can all be settled.

Nothing new per se, but Ducker is saying we have an agreement in principle with Jose.

There'll still be people claiming he's on his way to PSG/Everton/the moon when he's sat in his first United press conference.

Is it weird that I look forward more to the FA Cup Final being over than the game itself? This will be a major summer for us. And the sleeping pill factories all over the world.

Because it is a stupid assumption to make.
You don't think being the first manager to win the title after Fergie and bring United back to the top would do as much for his legacy than going to the French league and winning the CL for PSG?

Look at that smirk. That's the face of a man who knows where he'll be come June...

Why are you making such massive assumptions? I don't get it. This isn't FM. The last time I checked we didn't qualify for the cl and were godawful to watch for majority of the season. How do you go from there to "winning the title".

"José, slow down! Are you going to United?"
"Let go of the exhaust - you'll be killed."

The last time I checked Leicester narrowly avoided relegation.

Mourinho coming in, making 3 or 4 on point signings and winning the league really isn't a far out thought.

You think it's impossible for Mourinho to win the title at United?

The gap isn't as large as you may think. If we beat Bournemouth the gap to City is goal difference, 4 points from Spurs and 5 to Arsenal. Leicester will have europe to contend with next season and will probably lose Kante or Mahrez. We are above Chelsea and Liverpool. PSG have been poor in the CL recently too so it's not that simple winning that competition either

And yeah like Pexbo says above Leicester just won the title after nearly being relegated. That wouldn't even happen in the FM you love to bring up!

Sky are the biggest joke these days, used to be when you saw the yellow info bar it was a concrete story, now it's just recycled bs!
