It's like you never read the post. Everyone condemns the eye gouge and the Eva Caniero incident is more complicated than you realize.
I find the reactions people have for the Eva incident really hypocritical considering how often snide remarks of the Chelsea physio working players with groin injuries used to float about.

This appointment is looking more likely and the rumours are coming thick and fast. I personally don't fully support the idea of Mourinho at United, but a change is probably needed. I just hope that there is a clause in his contract entailing that he has to play youth players if available. I would hate to see the likes of Rashford, Lingard, Varela, etc...leaving to make way for "galactico"-style signings.

But that was 4 da bantz

Chelsea seem to always do well when selling. We don't. We pay high and sell low excluding Ronaldo. I don't think I would sell DDG for 60. Who is obtainable on his level?
No one that's why I want the cash, and lots of it. Ronaldo was daylight robbery and in hindsight 180 mil would just about cut it.

Quite so. Something that should of been kept in house but people lost there minds. Both sides have valid points and an employment tribunal should side with Eva, as am I. Not because of Mourinho, I just like sticking it to the man.

If you want to make an excuse, you will always find one. I'd never trade Martial for both Mahrez and Vardy, nor would I trade DDG for any other keeper in the world. However, I'd easily trade LvG for Poch, Ranieri, Conte, Simeone, feck even Lucescu. The main problem is the manager, he has failed miserably taking into account the resources he had at his disposal.

Just lay back, rest you're head on the pillow of other teams supporters hatred and let that warm blanket of success ease away the last three years of exhaustion.

Pogba situation is not similar at all to the situations with De Bruyne and Lukaku at all. Pogba was a highly thought of young player but, he was not the best performing midfielder in our reserves that season. It was understandable that Ferguson was not willing to make him a consistent starter in midfield at 18 just because he asked him too. De Bruyne was someone who proved himself at Genk and Werder Bremen, Lukaku at Anderlecht, West Brom and Everton.
Patience with Pogba and a few more first team games would of had us reaping the benefits right now. Within three years of walking out of the club he was worth over 50 million and if sold this summer or next will be getting close to Bale money.
Proving yourself at Genk and Werder Bremen doesn't mean you get to be first name on Chelsea's team sheet. A good showing at Wolfsburg earned him a big money move. Sometimes it just doesn't happen at a certain club, you either become a cult figure like Diego Forlan (United) or a bit of a joke like Carroll (Liverpool).

He got sacked by Chelsea after winning consecutive titles. He got sacked by Madrid after winning their first title in 7 years against what most people consider the best Barca side of all time, he got sacked the 2nd time by Chelsea 6 months after winning a title.

I'm not trying to convince you of anything. No matter how much you dislike him it doesn't mean you can re write history. There's plenty of valid arguments out there as to why people don't want him as manager without having to make things up.
It's because he is just to cool for school. A guy like Mourinho needs total control, something SAF had and also advocated for every manager. We, more than any other club can give him that, he knows it too. A Jose controlling the whole ocean liner from the bridge to the breakfast buffet is very dangerous for every other team in Europe.
This is it people, he will guarantee a few leagues and cups but it's the Champions league that should be top priority for him. I hope that before Mourinho leaves to win the World Cup we will be able to hold up our five fingers to the dippers and then the middle finger on the other hand for good measure, six times la.

There should be a thread discussing the thread policy.

Lingard and Varela are not good enough to be anything other than squad players for a club aspiring to win the PL or CL.

I'd rather get back to being the best in our own backyard again before fretting about the CL. The league should be our bread and butter priority

The way the league is going with new managers next season, being the best in your backyard will equate to being a key contender to win the Champions League.

Price on Mourinho joining has dropped a lot over the weekend. Now the best price you can get is 4/11 with Paddy and most are at 1/3.
Just a matter of time now......

According to the Transfer Tweets threads, United are extremely close to signing a Mendes client whose name I've forgotten.

We'll probably overpay for this Sandwich bloke.

We tried to sign him in January. Di Marzio reported it then and there were reports in Portugal and England. I think he's a player LVG also likes.
