How is the Valencia job any different from when Neville was there? He only had a 6 month contract anyway, so if Valencia were chasing Mourinho, they would have done it ages ago, not now that Gary has been sacked.

It is the Sun. They can claim anything under the sun, without need of any reason

There's only one person who can keep on with Gaz good work and provide longevity to such great project of implementing the United way in Spain. Lim must appoint Ryan Giggs

I know what trolling is but I'm regarded as one for supporting the current manager like I'm some sort of supporter of another club.

If anything the beggars for Mourinho sound like Chelsea fans last year.
you're regarded as a troll because you try to antagonise other posters with your posts as opposed to simply arguing for keeping LvG, that post above being a prime example of that. I've also seen you be pretty aggressive and insulting, too. Then you go around playing the victim card when people disagree. That's why you're a troll.

Nervous are we?

Who needs your pity :nono:

Top class I agree with - not the trolling.

I'm allowed to support LVG the current manager. Infact begging for others while one is yet to be dismissed is the saddest trolling.

Give it a fecking rest.

Me saying people are nervous? Sure that's supposed to hurt feelings. I don't need your sympathy. My views on football is the strict and doesn't alter much from LVG being the manager to take us from PL giants we once were to a team that dominates in Europe.

That is a process. Not a single of the dominating teams go out their way the way you would like it. Splash that cash.

I have been having a read of SAF comments on various things in M.E.N. Live. Some of the stuff is a bit disturbing for those of us who want LVG gone.

Was just thinking that myself.
I am dreading another season like this one and then if it goes wrong next season, Giggs gets the job. They seem quite happy to flush the club down the pan to prove a point. All the signing people want. Why would they come to us at this moment in time? Dammit, this an little Ronnie Corbett going have buggered my day.

I have said for a while, I think LVG will still be manager next season.
I know. Are they oblivious to what the fans think? If the style and result don't pick up it could get nasty. They obviously think the fans are just a cash cow who know damn all and their opinions don't matter.

Like?
He talked only about Pep didnt he?
“It is dead easy to be critical,” he told Sky Sports.

“You have to be realistic about some things - the number of injuries he has had: Phil Jones has played only seven games this season, Ashley Young, (Antonio) Valencia, (Luke) Shaw, these are big losses.”

"You have to have patience. For 150 years of history it’s worth having a couple on the quiet side of success. They will come back strong.”

Thats is just what they think. They know that fans will still fill OT for every PL game and spend shed loads in the shop. Sadly right now money is more important than results it would seem.

No, said about the injuries, which are fair enough, that Jones, Valencia, Young are a big miss:eek:. Shaw is the only big miss for me. No mention of the size of the sqaud. Also that it isn't bad for the club going some time without winning. That sounds like they are happy with the situation we are in and are not going to change things.

Oh ok.. Thanks :)

Says a lot about the state of our squad if Jones and Valencia are big losses.

Lets be honest, our position would be no different had they been fit. At the end of the day we lack goals, and non of them are prolific, or great creators.

I think SAF was just being diplomatic. Normally he's not one to mince words, and he'd surely make it very clear if he was 100% in LVG's corner.

Whose fault is it we are short of goals as well?
Ultimately the blame lies with LvG. Shite tactics, and sold everyone that could be getting us goals.

These comments by Fergie though could just be a gentle dampening of the flames, to buy time until the end of the season. Every week we call for LvG's head, and if José is in line to take over in May, the last thing we want is another announcement of José taking over and United doing a City. We are still at the end of the day in a fight for top 4.
