Because that is management which he is rubbish at. He is a organiser like a sargent.

Bayern & Barcelona - the players are better than the manager. They almost manage themselves. I believe we are getting them to be less reliant on managers and more reliant on the right type of player - of which we maybe have about 6 out of 11 approx.
So we are going to get rid of him and not have a manager?

Keeping him when the club clearly have regressed would be a bit idiotic.

The club has played the exact same standards and league position or there abouts- without the aging or inconsistent RVP,Nani, Hernandez, Rafael, Di Maria and replaced many more with youngsters who play to the exact same standard in their first year.

SAF quoted this too- that this is alot of our players first year along with the 9 new debutants who have turned to be better players than everybody else.

So we are going to get rid of him and not have a manager?

I'm not sure about giggs as manager either but would he struggle to manage a team of Bayern's & Barcelona's tactical discipline? Probably not. Similairy, that could be what the plan is - team full of well disciplined youngsters and let giggs manage them his way.

SAF + Gill said they had some master plan for his retirement and that turned out to be neither Mourinho or anyone significant but moyes. I believe they knew this was the plan

I don't think there was any master plan. We react to situations as opposed to plan for eventualities.
A good example is Bayern - the moment they saw Guardiola was oohing and aahing over a contract renewal, they replaced him well in advance. This is forward planning.

Fergie was retiring and Fergie ignored the candidates who were qualified, so that his Scottish mate could take over. He hoped that Moyes would be a long term appointment. His decision back-fired massively.
After Fergie's bad decision, I believe he was not asked who should replace Moyes. I think LVG was Woodward's decision.

and LVG is a man who trains his teams to be strong even without the manager on the side of the touchline.

Well this is nonsense. It is true that a manager shouting on the touch line doesn't make that much difference, BUT we are in 6th place.
If he is teaching our players to finish in 6th place and aim for 1-0 scorelines, he needs to be fired as soon as possible. No club in the EPL, even Aston Villa should be aiming for 1-0 scorelines.

Because it was never his plan, his plan was to train the player so well that the next manager could go through the CL group stage.
Don't we have to be in the CL first? If he carries on like this the next manager won't even have europe to look forward to. His plan changes every time he cocks something up. He got us in the top 4, then this season we were suppose to challenge for the title. That hasn't happened, so it has become the top 3, then he says we could win the league again, then no we can't so maybe 2nd, nope top 4. The man is a clown. A very highly paid clown.

We have a team of kids more bothered about how they celebrate a goal rather than actually scoring them first.

Clowns are funny, he isn't funny at all.

Well if he's a clown then he's in the right place.

What? Have I missed something? Martial doesn't celebrate, Rashford celebrates likes it's the summer holidays, Lingard deserves to celebrate and Memphis has cooled down.
Also the M.E.N. is pointing out that if we go out of Europe it might be awkward getting work permits for players who have not played the necessary number of international games. So all these young kids names being put forward might not materilise. Better hope we stay in the EU if that is what United want.

The prospect of this is all that is keeping us going until the end of the season. That knowing he is coming in makes the performances not matter. If it didn't happen it could be years of despair. We won't get relegated, but it could easily happen that the league becomes a pipedream.

Ball bag also just said Mou's joining us too. In response to the Valencia rumours.

Didn't Balague say stuff along these lines ages ago?
The opposite in fact. He was claiming there was no contact between Jose and United and all the reports were incorrect.
This is shameless

Yeah it's a complete volte-face from Balague. He's one of the few high-profile journos to have poured scorn on the Mou-United speculation.

Did anyone really need to come out and offer a denial? why the f*** would Mourinho suddenly jump at the chance to manage Valencia? It's just an easy press story to make on a slow news day, Mendes influence there + no manager = Mourinho?!?

I started reading that thinking it was real. The worrying this is i got quite a long way down before realising.

Yeah exactly. It really is the only thing keeping most of us from potentially losing our minds.

No, he dont know shit. José Mourinho has signed and will be our next manager.
Why would Mourinho insist on a decision by 1 May? If he hasn't got a job by that stage, he might as well wait until the end of the season, surely? None of Europe's big clubs are going to change their manager between now and the end of the season, so why on earth would he be putting pressure on United to make a decision at this stage.
