Some of my work colleagues that subscribe to RI seem fairly bullish regarding transfers this morning; moreso than usual. Feckers won't tell me why though unfortunately.

Coupled with the sudden buoyancy of this thread on here, can we assume something might actually happen today either way?

Yeah what I figured. Hence me not understanding why SW are trying to discredit La Stampa based on what other news outlets in Italy have reported. Saying 'Italian media' reported deadlines before is a but unfair toward La Stampa if this is the first they've reported a deadline.

They seem tired of speculative Vidal articles from Chile and Italy. Have probably done a piece on 50 odd. :lol:

If you saw it at some point you have to see it now, the reports are more concrete than ever and LVG is back from the tour and he already said that he'll only buy players in 3-4 weeks, after assessing the squad. And that was 3-4 weeks ago.
 
I can imagine Woody nervously standing outside having a smoke while Vidal does his medical. Prob hoping the knee problem means he won't have to part with £45m. We're the richest club in the World, why is this dragging on so long, nearly 500 pages now.

Or you know maybe not show any interest him in the first place if that were the case?

It's concerning that Juve seem very eager to sell, people say money but they'll need to spend some of that to replace him and they stand to lose more from worse performances on the pitch from selling off one of their best players. My biggest concern is that Juve have huge concerns about his knee and we end up with a much more expensive Hargreaves.

Never saw it before as anything more than another failed transfer saga.
 
Pexbo has expertly added at least another 15 pages to this thread with his PM wumming. Could prove key in years to come, keeping this no.1 ahead of future transfer saga's. Well played.

Wasnt even a good attempt from Pexbo but it doesnt need much as desperate as most of us are to get him.
 
There's still a great chance he's joining if the La Stampa article is anything to go by, guess we'll definitely know by the 15th of August. Juve won't sell much later without a replacement in line.

My theory is he is Woodward's sexy, nympho secretary who loves being taken roughly over the photocopier, much like those (entirely genuine and believable) ladies who for some inexplicable reason send letters about their exploits in to porno magazines for publication.
 
Hasn't pexbo posted his pics in the pics thread? I am sure we can rule out him being Vidal or Woodward himself.
 
Haven't posted on this thread for a few days to avoid getting in top 10!

Still confident is on, we need the player, Juve need the money, Vidal wants more money , new challenge in different league, we have the money to pay, logic = will sign by end of next week (subject to knee)
