Vidal is coming, according to my sources inside the club. You heard it here first...

Nah I only work in the hospitality department. So I know nothing more than anyone else on here :(
You actually have more potential to be an ITK than anyone else on here

Is it a full time job?

You must see interesting people coming and going all the time

Do some networking man. Develop contacts ffs!! Become EA to Woody!

I'm just going to stroll into his office and demand an answer for him next time I'm there :D.

can you hack Woody's email? ed@manutd.com I think it is.

We should just hack his emails, he seems like the type of guy who will have a fairly simple password, like his name or something.

What are the prawn sandwiches like?

Never had one I always get the tuna or chicken one :)

@PSingh You should do some Ethan Hunt-style reconnaissance. Even make yourself an Ed mask complete with Ed voice and get in contact with Vidal's agent and set up a meeting to have him come in to sign the contract.

I know I should work my way up and get some contacts. Then set up a twitter account and become a proper ITK.

It's part time only on match days. It's pretty cool, get to see a lot of the game for free as well.

Try "studwood".

It was you who messed up Herrera the first time, wasn't it?

Did they order any chilean food for next week or any of your hospitality suites are going to be theme 'The King has Arrived' ?

Well now you come to mention it... There was a massive Chile flag hanging from one of the boxes.

Edit: Quote wrongly @PSingh

 Sounds like a plan.

These quotes don't really mean anything, they never do in a situation such as this see Ronaldo quotes while he still at the club in 2008/09 after being crowned title winners to two months later..

Vidal for all we know, was going home to pack his bags.. His holiday clothes weren't ideal for Manchester rain.:D

He will and Juventus always were going to say not for sell, I'm going to stay, etc incase the transfer goes tits up.. If the club comes up with 50m say because it's being touted they value him at then he's gone.

Is it true he was kidding about going to l(n)azio.
Seems it, doubt they could afford him anymore anyway and doubt Juve would sell him to a team in the same league. But then it seems hard to tell what's going on in this guy's head.

It was just a joke, no way they could afford him. In any case Roma fans are loving it.

Betfair have slashed the odds of him coming to liverpool from 20/1 to 4/1.

It's ON!

A Scouser probably put £10 on it in a Liverpool bookies and it locked the system.

Nobody has cash like that to throw around in Liverpool, this one is serious.

This would be the unlikeliest turn of events if it happened. I guess Rodgers has £80m or so burning in his pocket and Vidal would fit.

REJOICE!!!!!

I thought he gave quotes this morning in a airport saying no to manchester? Or have these been made up?

Vidal arrived back in Italy and when asked by reporters whether he would stay at Juventus said: 'I do not go to Manchester. Can I say I will remain with Juve? I don’t know.

'I’ll talk to Allegri on Monday and then we will see. I haven’t spoken with Allegri or any of my team-mates yet, but I’m not going to Manchester.'

Italian newspaper Gazzetta Dello Sport also report that Juventus do not want to sell the midfielder - who has three years left on his contract - but could be tempted by an offer of around €45million (£36m).

He said nothing even close, I really can't believe they get away with this kind of crap

Nothing to say he is or isn't.

The bottom line is that he clearly doesnt know whats happening and where he'll end up. Its difficult for him to say anything becuase the press jump all over it - he can't say he's staying, he can't say he's going, all he can say is that as it stands there's nothing agreed.

Exactly.

There is feck all to see here...and has been all summer.

There are so many different endings to the quotes. All media outlets are reporting the same up until the end part where some report he just said "no, no, no" and others are stating he actually said "I'm not going to Manchester". If all media outlets are not reporting the same quotes, sounds to me that they are twisting words to suit.

Read the thread for goodness sake

Yeah I tried and came to the conclusion that all the ''sources'' are just people quoting twitter etc, so I'm not sure which are the latest....who's just trolling etc etc. Happy for these to be incorrect though.

This thread has been back and forth so many times with not really any real quotes.

Yeah agreed. Read this thread back and couldn't come to a conclusion but as you say looks like words being twisted.

this has been discussed for a few pages now, he hasnt said he isnt going to manchester but just said no no to the question is he going to manchester but it was a nervous answer as if he wanted to get rid of the journalist.[/QUOTE]

Every online news source is leading with "Vidal says NO to manchester"... if you watch the video you can see he was just trying to get rid of the journalist and every outlet ran with the mis-quote.

Makes you wonder about the legitimacy of the reports we read every day that sound so convincing when the truth is so obvious to see.
