I really liked it, especially first 2 seasons - Tim Roth is great
Hmmm, you're hiding something aren't you?

Just seen half the first episode. It's good enough to give it a season atleast.Anyone watching El Chapo on Netflix? I'm about 3-4 episodes into it. The main character isn't as interesting yet as Pablo Escobar but it's still good fun.
Too soon. I fell out of love with Mad Men at some point, but it really redeemed itself in the end.I gave up after season 5, I think. Too much soap drama for me. The Leftovers was amazing though.
I don't understand this thread lovefest about The Leftovers. I started season 3, but couldn't continue beyond ep 2, it was so bad.
Did you not enjoy season 2?
just finished it, was interesting.Genius on Nat Geo, Albert Einstein autobio
Preacher season 2 has started , first 2 eps are out there.Preacher is quality. Stranger Things is also a must if you haven't seen it. If you like Star Trek I highly recommend Star Trek Enterprise which for some reason is the most disliked Star Trek series, but which I would class as one of the best. Watching it at the moment and besides DS9 it is the only Trek series I've really enjoyed. Then again I am not a proper Trekkie.
I liked the movie The Mist. How does the tv show differ?Did you guys watch The Mist yet? 3 episodes out so far, pretty darn good. It's based on the Stephen King novel.
For the Narcos type people, there's Ozark (not out yet, i think) and El Chapo.
Deep in the bush of British Columbia there is a new gold rush happening in area known as Devil’s Canyon. Hundreds of millions of dollars in gold are waiting for anyone who is willing to risk their life to get it.
Extreme prospectors Boyce Goff, Ben van der Valk and John Belcik travel separately into the areas of Devil’s Canyon that are far beyond the reach of big mining companies, in search of the next big pay streak. No roads, no trails, no camera crew, no help. They must pack in everything they need to mine and survive in the cruel wilderness of Devil's Canyon. Alone for weeks, and self-documenting their experiences, both men are caught in a tug-of-war between searching for gold and doing whatever it takes to survive.
Coronation Street.
Anybody else like the docu-shows they have on the Discovery Channel? I've been a fan of Wicked Tuna, Biggest Catch, Ice Road Truckers, Gold Divers and the like for a few years now. There's a new show only 3 episodes in called Devils Canyon - this article explains it much better than I ever could:
Im guessing its just an elongated version of the movie but like how much more can you expand on it?I liked the movie The Mist. How does the tv show differ?
Any fans of Blackish on here? It's slowly become one of my favourite comedies.
Exactly. It's got 5.4 on imdb. Think I'll give it a miss.Im guessing its just an elongated version of the movie but like how much more can you expand on it?
It's a fantastic show.I'm finally on the Rick & Morty bandwagon. I watched a couple of episodes a year or so ago and it just didn't click with me. Gave it another go a couple of weeks back and it is a riot.
There's some pretty deep moments in it too:
The bit at the end of an episode, where Rick tries to kill himself, but falls asleep just before the laser beam goes off. Damn, yo.
It gets serious belly laughs too. More than any other animated show, for me. I had to pause it after the first time I saw the Ants In My Eyes Johnson bit. I couldn't breathe.
Anyone watched Taboo? How is it?
just finished it, was interesting.
next series on picasso apparently
I liked the film , I just wanted more from it, did not know this was even out.Did you guys watch The Mist yet? 3 episodes out so far, pretty darn good. It's based on the Stephen King novel.

Yeah, it's a bit superhero-ish, but I still enjoyed it. Narcos are better though.Anyone watching El Chapo on Netflix? I'm about 3-4 episodes into it. The main character isn't as interesting yet as Pablo Escobar but it's still good fun.
good show too.
Did you know that one of the actors was singer Kate Nash who had a one hit wonder in the UK in like 2009ish?
And we even got to see her boobs. 2007 me would have loved that. Actually 2017 me kinda liked it too, they were quite nice.
So what's the general thoughts on 'El Chapo'?

Watched it this week, really enjoyed it, a lot of laugh out loud moments.
