Quality finish tonight and some good work, but I would like to see him more aggressive in taking players on, when he's not being doubled up on. Not worried about the mistimed passes or crosses, that will fix itself in time.

Honestly I'm a bit surprised by the type of player he is so far. From the YouTube clips he seemed to take players on more and was a bit more flashy with skills.

Still can't knock his output so far and hope it continues. Expect he is playing a bit within himself still until he solidifies himself in the team fully.

He really works hard. Getting better every game while still producing.

3 in 3. Can't really fault that.

Will hopefully get better and build up the confidence to take fullbacks on more with time. Until then I'm happy enough with his productivity.

This guy is the tits. Constant threat on the ball and works his arse off pressing the opposition off it. Love him.

Thought he worked hard, took his chance brilliantly and looked dangerous when a bit of space opened up. When the space isn't there, I think he'll be great for the quick, one touch stuff with Tony, Rashford, Erikson, Casemiro, Sancho etc. He's clearly got amazing feet. I get people's slight disappointment that he's not committing full backs, taking them on but it's early days. That will come, I think.

He's been quite effective for us offering a constant goal threat on the right flank yet I've seen him called the next Bebe on here this past week :wenger:

He hasn't fully adjusted to the league just yet but that doesn't mean he's been poor. His workrate has been commendable and you can see bits of his creativity throughout the match.

Just a sign of how high his potential ceiling can be for us

There's something about him that creates a bit of chaos for opposition. I actually would like him to go inside a bit more.
I also think he's more up to speed now but I like him considering it's only first games on this level for him.

He’s not been anything special, which is a strange thing to say after 3 goals in 3 games, but there’s something about him, something we haven’t seen at all with Sancho, who looks so lacklustre and lazy in comparison, that makes it feel far more obvious that he’s going to be a quality player for us.

If you look at the big picture he's been pretty excellent so far. 22 year old signed from the Eredivisie for a ridiculous amount of money. He also missed preseason with us and was thrown in right at the deep end and he's held his own.

You can see he was far more to his game that he's yet to fully show but I'm relatively happy so far. Attackers from the Dutch league can look woeful when they make big moves but he (and Martinez) are looking like the are made for this level.

Like one of the posters mentioned, he just became the first United player to score in three games on the trot in the league.

There's much more to come from him and he's not only a threat with his dribbling but he's also threat with his passing, which will develop further as he matures. He's still 22, and there's much more to come from him and he's already playing with a intensity that is a must in the game today, with and with out ball.

8 goals all season in the Eredivisie, 3 in 3 in the PL. Why stats aren’t the be-all if the player quite clearly has the quality in his all round game.

Great goal but he's yet to show is he capable of scoring a goal that isn't a tap in.

I don't think any of us expected this goal threat, but todays and his debut goal look very repeatable, moving into the perfect transition scoring spot. Different type of wide player than Utd fans are used to, Salah was never really about constantly taking defenders on, very much scored a lot of that type of goal with excellent movement and interplay.

He's like the opposite of Ajax Antony. There he did a lot of spectacular stuff with little end product. Now he does feck all, but scores every game. Weird.

3 in 3. Can't really fault that.

Will hopefully get better and build up the confidence to take fullbacks on more with time. Until then I'm happy enough with his productivity.
No only United player to have scored in his first three games in the league.

Excellent finish for the goal, tries his best and is secure in possession but needs to improve his delivery into the box.

So far so good as new young player coming into the toughest league.

He’s gonna outscore Haaland at this rate.

Played well I thought

Everton did double up on him anytime he seemed to get the ball

I didn't watch a lot of him at ajax but in the videos I seen, he beat the left back for fun a lot, but he hardly seems to take him on for us.

Can anyone offer any kind of explanation to this that may have watched him a good amount?

Saying it every time I see him (apart from the game vs Sheriff), but I think he's going to be fantastic. So good technically and is a battler, and showed his pace too. Pace, and keeping composure and the technique which is rare. He has a rare mixture of abilities and is absolutely perfect for the right wing.

I like what i'm seeing with this guy. 3 goals, 3 premier league games

Faded a bit in the second half while still offering good workrate. Encouraging.
