Seen as you mentioned those names. I will say yes.
Lingard I thinks average, but Memphis is clearly capable of a lot more goals, and so is Mata. Rashford too when he gets a full season.

IF we sign Griezmann, do you think we still need to buy a striker?
I've got a Woody.-------------Zlatan--------------
Martial----Griezmann-----Mahrez
Pros:Reasons why Greizmann could join United:
1)Significant increase in wages
2)Playing in a more competitive & commercially lucrative league
3)French NT teammates (Martial, Schneiderlin)
4)Increasing chances of making United EPL title contenders
5)Brother is a United fan, and Griezmann himself may possibly be a United fan
Reasons why Greizmann wouldn't join United:
1)Already plays for a top European/La Liga side
2)Madrid>>>>>Manchester
3)Likely no CL for United next season
4)Very comfortable living in Spain, having lived there for over 10 years now.
5)LVG may still be here next season
Anything else?
That's a really uninspiring midfield pairing and they both do the same job.
We are more of an attack oriented team than Atletico and he could become a focal point in one of Europe's most exciting forward lines, alongside MartialReasons why Greizmann could join United:

Already playing for the best manager in the world who he has a great relationship with.We are more of an attack oriented team than Atletico and he could become a focal point in one of Europe's most exciting forward lines, alongside Martial
I'm sure he'll soon become tired of his crooked waysAlready playing for the best manager in the world who he has a great relationship with.
He's already playing for Simeone though, who's basically just a more likeable Mourinho.Pros:
6. He could be playing for Mourinho next season.
The guy just went to the CL final, might even win it, and we think that an 80M clause will let him come to United, especially with no C1?
Otherwise where will he play? Rooney has to drop deep then, and Rashford and Grizmann have to play together or he goes on the right instead of Lindgard maybe, with Mata behind the striker? Anyway why hope, it's impossible that happens.
We have to play with the players we have.
Rashford with Martial, Mata and Memphis (hopefully he will pick up on the right wing).
Rooney to drop further and Herrera to play with him.
Of course we do have an uninspiring midfield right now, hence why we struggle to supply our attackers, why replace it with an equally limp one? If we are to play two defensive midfielders then one of them needs to be creative. Otherwise the front 4 and back 6 become quite disjointed.I wouldn't say so as Sanches is much more mobile and box to box whilst trying a lot more cute passes as opposed to Morgan who hits a very good long pass but his short passing is not up to much creatively, plus having two defensively strong players in that line up would be essential for me but I'd probably prefer someone like Kroos personally but just going by the strong links we have with Sanches is the reason why I put him in my speculative and probably never coming true line up.
Also we have the most uninspiring midfield right now, I'd welcome anyone over Carrick, Fellaini and to a lesser extent BFS and Herrera. I think we only saw half the player Schneiderlin can be in a better midfield so giving him more time to prove himself.

Sanches passing ability also seems to be wildly over exaggerated.
We're missing 2-3 world class players away from winning a title.. He is one.
Yea I agree and when you look back at when we had Rooney, Tevez and Ronaldo all three were vying for goals and the top striker position. Ideally you want your attacking three to all have an eye for goal and be versatile enough to play anywhere along the front three really. It makes defending against it really difficult as attacks are a lot more fluid with the three players over lapping and taking up different positions. And the way teams sit back against us we need something like that.If you look at Madrid's front 3, or Barca's front 3, even PSG (Ibra, ADM and Cavani), they'd all love to be playing in the centre.
I don't think that's much of a hindrance tbh.
What is that?If we manage to pull this off then I hope we actually plan to play him in his best position.
As a support striker. Loads of fantasy formations have him pegged as a Trequartista, or even a winger - while he can play both positions at a good level, his creativity isn't what you'd expect of a traditional #10, and - his best form for Atlético has coincided with him behind positioned just behind the lead striker. He'd be at his best in the role that he currently has for Atlético, or the one Müller played under Heyneckes in 2012/ 2013 - where he was more of a spatial manipulator ghosting into the box, and offered great workrate around the final third, than an Özil/ Silva type creator. What is that?

Yep. He's a perfect #10 for a Fergie side or even Mourinho side really so lets hope it happens. By far my most ideal signing of the summer. As a support striker. Give him the number 7 shirt, finally a worthy successor.

Martial--Griezmann--New RW
Only way he'd join us next season is if he is indeed a passionate United fan. Why would he leave Athletico at the moment for any other reason?
Griezmann now plays as a RW with France. My preferred French player at the moment.
- Very versatile.
- Successful with Real Sociedad and Atletico Madrid.
- Excellents stats
- Young
- Excellent positive mentality

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but when this is looked at logically - he won't come. Not the first time a newspaper with no clue has reported us signing a superstar only for it to be a whole summer of disappointment. Even if he was a Manchester United fan (which isn't guaranteed), above all he is a footballer. Regardless of the red tinted glasses, I'm sure his agent and both himself can see that moving to a club that has been making constant bad decisions ever since SAF has left isn't very appetising. He's playing with a team who is in a Champions League GF with a very high chance of winning it, playing in a team that is set up to allow him freedom to flourish with a manager who oozes passion. Compared to a team that is still reminiscing about our success with Fergie, struggling to compete for top 4 in a league dominated by Leicester feckin City and playing dire boring football that not even the most die hard fans can no longer make excuses for.

Based on a google image search, he does indeed have a Champions League GF.
You are jumping the gun there, no one said that he was joining us or that it was even possible, the reports only say that United are very interested.
