What makes you thing griezmann is not creative? He has better and direct throughballs in the attacking third. HE scored and assited vs roma on the both goals. For years we have used rooney devastatingly as a 10 , just when he started to get unfit his game became poor, If you need a play maker still nothing is stopping you from getting ozil on a free but world class forwards like griezmann can not be snubbed at all who bring that type of quality.

By now everyone knows Youtube videos aren't worth much, there are lots of games where Griezmann is very anonymous as he's essentially a #9 who plays a bit deeper, pretty much what we already have in Lukaku minus the deeper part, we don't need two of the same thing.

This side is very similar to the way he set Real up, we do control 90% of the games we play, we need more technically creative players, we saw last night how the quality dropped when we took out Matic and Mata for Fellaini and Herrera, adding another runner who is essntially a more refined version of Rashford makes no sense IMO.

How can you say that? The narrative that he stayed there and snubbed us could be that we decided to spend in no 9 than a 10 which was more logical decision for us with ibra injury. That way we could manage to recruitment better, so it could be that we decided not to buy him this year as lukaku or morata were too going to leave.

He won't choose rm or Barca over us one bit specially from atletico Madrid .

He's got genuine quality and seems to be up for a move. I'd be disappointed if we didn't get him, but there's so much doubt that he'd be right for us and a lot of people saying he isn't good enough creatively (which we majorly need to improve on) that I'm beginning to doubt he's what we need myself. Don't see enough of him to judge that off more than what people are saying. Pains me to say it, but it seems like he'd be better as our number 9, which of course won't be possible now.

More that he lacks the pace and oomph for a wider role. Salah never stops dribbling whereas AG looks to pass and move.. More like a Mata but more direct and dangerous. I prefer Salah type player out wide. All round package and better suited on flank
