Considering LVG called him out as a world class winger in a 433 system im still concerned as to where we will play him. It will mean either rooney or mata dropped whichever way you look at it. Now, im not against dropping rooney, but it would seem strange after making him captain.

It's not that bad, Rafael and Shaw are both great players if they can stay fit, Rojo could be a very exciting addition and we can judge Smalling and Jones after they get a good run of games playing as CBs, they're not RBs.

I will not be surprised if we buy Di Maria and things are still the same. At the moment, our natural midfield option will be Cleverley and Fletcher..Although, their job should be much easier with the attack we have, but the foundation of a great team are usually built with quality midfielders.
I think it's more likely to be Mata that's dropped, there'll probably be at least one of RvP, Rooney, Mata, Di Maria and Januzaj injured at any given time anyway. Either way it's a nice problem to have.
