Garnacho can cover both wings, Pellistri should get a chance on the right. Bruno will probably be shifted out to the wings to integrate Mount more centrally this season.
I see Garnacho predominately as a RW now.
And Pellestri should be moved on.

It's Luckhurst so take it with a pinch of salt

Best to remain skeptical about anything Luckhurst says, however our U22 core of the team, which could form the next big United side of the future, is starting to look very promising, especially if we added Branthwaite to it.

Kobbie Mainoo
Rasmus Hojlund
Alejandro Garnacho
Jarrad Branthwaite
Amad Diallo

Looks to be a good base to build on for the next 5+ years (and we have some mid-to-late 20s players too but won't include them with these younger guys)

Considering ETH said it after the cup final, you don't need to ignore Luckhurst

I really hope we keep Amad, definitely don't want to sell or even loan him out

I don't know why we didn't use him more last season but when he played he was very impressive. I think we have real talent in him and would absolutely hate to see him go

I would give him a run of games. Let him start first few games as first choice right winger and lets see is he material for that role. I think he is.

If he stays fit and gets repeated game time to iron mistakes and learn stylistic quirks of his teammates etc. to gel (in order words not fighting an uphill battle every game he plays because of fear of being dropped straight after if it isn’t a 9/10 performance) — I really don’t see this boy being any less of a top level wing talent than some of the other 21~ year old wingers in the league. Couple big ifs, but I am a big fan

Deserves his chance as he has largely been good or very good when he played last season. Also brings something different to Garnacho or Rashford on the wing.

Feel like Amad is a player someone like Guardiola would love.

Aren’t the club still ban Luckhurst so why should someone inside the club still share some information to him?

May be Amad’s agent informed him or something?

If it’s true then I’m glad we come into decision that we want to give Amad lot of minutes by not signing new RW. We have Amad and Garnacho as options and it’s plenty cover for the RW options.
