Well thats great in an ideal world but not all of us have access to tickets, if they did they would not be on here trying get some. SIMPLES. ffs
Nonsense, although that certainly applies to home games, and I've even helped out a few on here with euro aways.

However, where domestic aways are concerned, personally I wouldn't ever offer an away to someone who can't return the favor or at least someone who uses this thread to help other reds out (I have real world mates to sell "gold dust" away tickets to). On here I'll only ever offer aways to the likes of TV, Robin, MagicUnited, Bread, Ashy7, Sultan etc etc... people who sort other reds out with tickets too. I'm pretty certain that's how everyone feels, and that's the way it should be imo.

Coming in this thread, never offering a ticket or offering anyone help to get tickets and then asking for Liverpool or Everton away is a bit of a piss take imo.

This

Personally, I'd be too embarrassed to ask for tickets for premium away matches such as City and Liverpool.

I didn't realise you were ever after aways Sults!?

Would give me a chance to repay one of the many tickets you've sorted me!

I can only ever get the big aways, not the home games so i'm a good one to sort out :D

I've got a mate who has two Stretty T2 ST's who can only make a few games these days due to health and travel.... He's keeping me posted on which games are up for grabs and when I'm in the know I'll post on here.

There's definitely a few good lads on here who go out of their way for other reds, and its not a coincidence that those user names know each other instantly.

Even though I´ll never ever be able to return the favour sorting other reds out, I really think that this is how it should be.

Thanks for putting me in that list!

To be frank anyone asking for Liverpool or Everton away tickets may as well as if anyone has an attractive wife/girlfriend who they could have a quick go on. Think 99.9% of people who have got a ticket will take them themselves, if they can't go it will be offered to a friend or relative first with most and then if not someone I know from here or United in someway would get it offered to them/it, if none of them wanted it (never ever ever happen) id offer it on here. Same with home games but obviously they are far harder to sell and the likelhood of me offering it to randomers is more likely.

There's one who walks in the rain for 2 hours to get a ticket for another one. He's also a very handsome man.

Sharky, sort me out with a pair for City away? I'll give you a pack of starburst and walk your dog for 2 nights.

top red? wtf.

Nothing being said here has anything to do with being "top red", it's principles.

A lad with tickets isn't any more a top red than a lad without. You must've missed the point completely.
No I havn't missed any point at all, my point is that everytime someone comes on asking for impossible tickets (which is almost every big game) then the same old shite is turned out by the same people about how they sort each other out.

There are loads of lads who sort each other out on here but don't go on about it every other week.

I don't remember the regulars being so picky who they're sorting out when it comes to shifting all the shite games they can't be arsed going to.

The priciple of big games going to lads who've sorted you out is right, I'd never give an away to someone who just turned up out of the blue on here but it's been said a few hundred times followed by the regular back patters, it got boring a long time ago.

People can't expect Liverpool/City aways without offering a future swap. Liverpool are rocking horse shit this season and the amount of regulars that have been chubbed for this is staggering. The only way they will get a Liverpool is by either a) paying stupid money for it or b) swapping for a cITEH away, which cannot be guaranteed anyway.

People just asking for tickets at face value on here are living in cloud cuckoo land because no one will just let their ticket go to a relative stranger on an internet forum.

I'll always sort folk out with home tickets on here - I have done Liverpool home (and got stitched up and not paid) and loads of other big games. As for aways, mates come first as always or the lads that sort everyone else out on here.

got sorted for everton away! :)

First united away game.
If your with mates jump in a cab on the way back from the ground.

Don't get put in the escort, takes feckin' hours to do a 20 min walk.

Stay in a group at all times basically, bit of a moody one is Everton round the park area.

Is an away game that bad?

Lol I'm living in Liverpool this year for university purposes and last week I brought the missus to her first United game. I wore my shirt and I made her wear one of my older ones throughout Liverpool City Centre to get to Lime Street station (this was at 11.45, so there where plenty of dippers about the city before the derby)

Needless to say we wear called 'Manc Bastards' from the lovely fella driving by in his car (I was asking for it lol).. Then a taxi cab driver drove by us, the look on his face was priceless, it was just sheer disgust. He rolled down his window and shouted ' You feckin' Manc cnuts. I'm either brave or just stupid but I replied back with a 'Come on the blues'... with nothing to hit me back with, he drove off!

I'm surprised I didn't get stabbed.

Hmm, to be honest wearing a shirt if that's how you roll will probs help you out in attracting no bother - better than bopping about in a black jacket bizarrely.

Just no stupid comments like that on a matchday down by Stanley Park fella, not worth the risk.
Just youtube what happened to a United fan last year at Anfield minding his own business - he was a big lad aswell.

You'll be fine, just keep your wits about you. It's not the Gaza strip.

I wouldn't wear your shirt mate, even though it's what the real firms know tends you mean you arent after trouble it only takes one dickhead. If you are gonna wear it then wear a jacket over, keep it covered.

This!!!

The ONLY thing that the escort succeeds in doing is highlighting to all Scousers present at the time where the United fans are and you can guarantee that by the time the escort gets to some places in the city, the streets will be lined with Bin Dippers!

Class trip but moody is a very good description

My Uncles a ST holder. So i squared him up with a few quid for the loan of his season ticket for the season as he's away for the majority of the year on work placements.

Got him to apply in the ballot for me and he phoned me yesterday, telling me he was successful. Wasn't even expecting it to be honest as I know there gold dust.

I want to get to the Newcastle game on 26th Nov - I'm a member and the mate I plan on going with isn't - what's the best way to get tickets together guys?

Apologies if that's a slightly naive question.

Pretty tricky unless they go on general sale. Prob best to try and get a pair off people on here.
I checked this morning and they are on sale to members, so you should be able to get a pair quite easily.

Rood - thanks very much for the PM - your inbox is apparently full so I couldn't reply. I will be speaking to my mate this week sometime, hopefully by Wednesday and I will get back to you.
