Like the many other times, i think he will need to be convinced to make a proper decision. I wonder if Madrid are in direct contact with him.

You have trouble following my posts.

I said sentiment is the domain of the fan - presumably you realise that includes you. Presumably also you can grasp the idea that I put forward about football generally being a greedy business dominated by money and that it is not too far fetched to think that Ronaldo not being a Manc or even and Englishman might suggest the sentiment on his side where United is concerned might not be as strong as some fans might like it to be? He's on 120k a week, he's said he's always wanted to play for Madrid. What's he doing that's so shocking as far as you are concerned? Do you think this idea that he owes United carries any weight? Really? Do you think 99% of clubs wouldn't sell any of their players if the money was right?
 
Hey may be the best player but he is not really making himself popular with the fans. 2006 was a different story it was more Eng vs Ronaldo. Whatever he is doing is going to be Man United vs Ronaldo. I don't think he would want that. He will be sorry that's all I know.

It is not about hatred. It is about talking shit to the press and playing with the club. Man United was not built on those foundations and no player should ever do that at United.

We are no Chelsea or Barcelona. We are a club with discipline.

As long as it takes really. It's a massive decision and he has the small matter of getting his head straight for the Euros. He has obviously been advised to keep his cards close to his chest and focus on the tournament at hand. Even if he has made his mind up, one way or another, it won't help his negotiations with either club to put his cards on the table just yet

All of which is a massive pain in the arse for us fans but I don't think any of us would have played it any differently in the same boat. Huge sums of money involved and he is also making a very difficult decision, emotionally. I have absolutely no doubt he has an extremely strong connection with United and everyone at the club. It also sounds as though a move to Real is his boyhood dream. He's caught between a rock and a hard place, not the sort of thing you can decide in a hurry.

Well, i'd rather sleep over night to be honest than stay up monitoring the Ronaldo thread......

And the thread was 70 odd pages last night, i'd rather not spend my time reading through the other 30 pages since.

Assuming the thread continues to exponentially grow, have you figured out the saturation point?

Personally, I think it will begin to plateau before descending and then suddenly growing again exponentially as I log in to take the piss out of everyone who's called him a cnut after he's said he's staying :D
