Don't believe this, doesn't seem to make sense.
But, if it was true then Berba's bags must surely be packed.

Was watching Youtube clips of him and his style of play reminds me of a young C Ronaldo. Alot of stepovers, trying to beat the man, a ball hog. His play seems too unpredictable (and that's a bad thing) as the players around him don't know when he will pass. Actually, the passes he creates for his team mates aren't that great either.
In addition, looking at his hair and diamond earrings and I think this guy is pretty vain and arrogant. Looks like a trouble maker. Sooner or later he will cry out for Barcelona or Real.
Sad thing here is, gambit, people are actually forgetting "the one", I'm fairly certain he hasn't been listed in the forwards we have at present whilst discussing welbeck and macheda!. Diouf is more like the forgotten one than the one!.
we're selling him this summer. No doubt aboot it!
Me!? what did i do? blame Gambit hes chief transfer muppet around here i just sponge info off other forums.
As the Muppet King I take full responsibility. I may also command both your heads for pennance though. R_Nick for his Bullshit! AFO for daring to mention trading the One! Yeah I saw that.
talksport already saying we've beaten City for the players signature.
Surely this is jumping the gun somewhat.
Talksport, eh?
Why would they come out and bring up a controversial talking point like that, if they didn't have any proof?
Similar for our interest in Nasri though - if the Young deal is as done as claimed, then why show any interest in Sanchez or Nasri - unless Nani is going to be sold/swapped.... It's muppetry gone mad, but this whole Nani for Sneijder deal does make a little sense
Nasri can play in a deeper central midfield role. He has done so for Marseille. He would be the 'Scholes Replacement'. Sanchez has so far played on the wings or as a second striker. As such, I would classify Nasri as a central midfield signing, and Sanchez as a wing signing. So if we get Young, getting Sanchez as well would be weird if we intend to keep all our present wingers. But it won't have an impact on our supposed interest in Nasri I would think.
I actually do and I think we can thank Hernandez for it.
Ok, maybe that is a bit of an overstatement, obviously we knew about the marketing potential of owning a country's star before we signed Hernandez, Park being an obvious example but if you look at the mania Hernandez caused in Mexico and how many shirts Hernandez has sold (he was our top selling shit for 10-11) then you know that you will recoup a fair bit of whatever you outlay.
On top of the fact he is one of the worlds most promising players right now, it wouldn't surprise me if we were trying to build our name in South America. Everyone knows Madrid and Barcelona are the team that people grow up following if you are born in South America at the moment, owning two stars from two South American countries would do us no harm in breaking into that market. As someone said on here the other day, in Mexico people support 3 teams now, Their local club, Mexico NT and Manchester United.
Fast forward 10 or 15 years time and there could be a bunch of young players coming through that say "It has always been my dream to follow players like Anderson, Hernandez and Sanchez to Manchester". I think thats important for this club. I think it was a bit of an ego hit for us when Ronaldo brought to light the fact that for latin players the likes of Madrid and Barca are far more attractive to them.

Problem is, we've never seen much of Nasri playing CM so to consider him a pure CM based on his days in Marsaille would be quite too much... He will be considered a CM if we bought him though... But quite harsh to compare him to the genius Scholes himself...
You should know if you were in Barcelona yesterday.
Didn't he say last summer that he has always dreamt of playing for Man Utd.
Didn't he say last summer that he has always dreamt of playing for Man Utd.
So have plenty of other players who ended up elsewhere.

I'm not surprised we're trying to sign Sanchez, we tried to sign a bunch of Chilean minors earlier this year when we heard they were good in a box.
