Sanchez, just like Fabregas, isn't really seen as a Barcelona style player. He had a good season but that's never stopped them before.

Sanchez or Pedro would do me fine both score and create at a consistent level.
Pursuing a winger depends on our budget in my opinion. If it's true that we have £80 mill then you can cross Sanchez or any otger winger off that list quite happily. Midfield and Defence is our priority, let's not allow ourselves to forget that when players like Sanchez are on the move. He's not a priority.
In what situation would Barcelona sell him when they play with a front 3? He has been better than Pedro for the second half of the season , if anything Pedro will get sold, not Sanchez

We were linked with him too. I had a look but I can't seem to find anything reliable on him going to Barca, but if they are in for him and the deal is close then that confirms that Sanchez is leaving.
Nah, if they get him it confirms Dani Alves is leaving. If you believe the reports that they want Cuadrado then you'd have to believe them saying that he's been targeted as a right back if Dani Alves goes to PSG.
Cuadrado in better than Sanchez, and can play as a RB as well.

The fee of 25m euros is a steal, why any club would hesitate to pay that is beyond me.
Exactly, if he is available for that we should do all we can to get him. It does make sense for them to sell if want to raise funds to sign a striker. They have Messi, Neymar for the wide positions and they have been linked to Cuadrado and Turan.

I said this in the Twitter discussion earlier. Would people class Sanchez as a superstar signing. Imo we should forget Cavani and just go for both Sanchez and Vidal. These 2 signings make soo much sense... although sense is a thing we seemed to have lacked the past year.

He's been bloody good for Barcelona this season as well. I'm not even sure why they want to get rid of him but I'd have probably said the same about Fabregas.
He has been good but still nowhere near as good as he can be, and that won't change I think. Messi is the main man and everyone there is built around him (for good reason obviously), but Sanchez's creativity will always be stifled there. He's a good goalscorer for them but he can be so much more, he could be one of the best wingers in the world given the role he has for Chile.
