it's not even that cool of a name. Its convenient. I'll look like a tit if i type 'Alex' I mean I'm not his babe ffs and I'm certainly not spelling that surname of his. So Ox it is.
'The Ox' is what you said, and lets admit it - 'The Ox' is a fecking cool nickname, it's a better nickname than he is a player (as with Hulk).
It'd be quicker to write AOC which is nowhere near as cool as doesn't make it as easy to pretend you're not signing an Arsenal nearly-man, rather than a superhero called 'The Ox'!

I really don't see why big clubs are in for him. A signing I'd be happy enough with Liverpool making. I'm sure he'll be OK there, maybe 6/10, but he's not going to pull up trees. Keita bothered me, VVD would, this doesn't.
Yeah VVD's a good one for them. PL proven, has the look of a bigger team player (though might still find it more tricky at Liverpool than at Saints).
Also, I feel it will be necessary to refer to VVD as 'The Dyke' should he sign for Liverpool, hopefully many will join me.

I don't know if VVD is class, to me he looks like he might be, but he could also just be 7/10. It's more that no matter how average he is he'd improve their defense hugely because it's so shit.

Not a player that I would have chosen at the start of the window but he wants to play for us and will add some much needed depth to our midfield.

At Chelsea he would be forced to play as a RB o LB, he doesn't like that role.
