Easy said in theory. If you're sitting there with a Real Madrid contract in front of you, the chance to win Champions Leagues and manage future legends, I don't think many would reject it.Real Madrid is the end game for any manager worth his salt. If they come after Poch, he won't even hesitate.

Thiago Silva in 2012. Signed a new contract with Ac Milan that lasted 12 days.
Suarez signed a 4 year extension for Liverpool that lasted 7 months.
Fabian Delph declared he was staying at villa, then signed for city about a week later.
There's probably a lot more.

Madrid are gonna raid your team with £600m of investment. Including the manager.
Suarez case happens often, usually they leave the next summer. Like us with Ronaldo.
Delph's was a weird one. But he never signed a contract did he? Players say they'll stay all the time and end up leaving. It isn't the same.
Silva's was 6 years ago.
My point was that it is rare that it happens, and 1 real examples in 6 years is proof of that.
How many trophies did Zidane have before becoming manager?I'm not convinced Madrid will go for him due to his lack of trophies
They have had a long standing interest in him haven't they, going back to his Espanyol days I believe. And the belief is one day he'll be Real manager.Fair enough. I've tried a google search but can't seem to get any relevent results.
It's rare for such a short turnaround, but it has happened. Personally, I'm not convinced Madrid will go for him due to his lack of trophies but I wouldn't rule it out based on a new contract extension.
How many all time best CL final goals has Poch scored for Madrid? How many trophies did Zidane have before becoming manager?

Perez said they weren't prepared at all for Zidane's exit. They didn't get rid of him, it was his decision. Why would Poch sign a contract which reportedly has no release clause if he was on Madrid’s radar as manager and if Poch wanted to go there? I’m sure the Madrid high brass would have picked up the phone and said “oh Poch we want you and we’re gonna get rid of ZZ”. It’s absolutely non sensical.

For what they say Zidane told yesterday to Florentino.Besides It is different to retain a player than a coach, even if they have a contractWhy would Poch sign a contract which reportedly has no release clause if he was on Madrid’s radar as manager and if Poch wanted to go there? You believe a single word that comes out of that mans mouth?

You're deluded if you think Perez sacked Zidane.
So they hired him because of his goals? How many all time best CL final goals has Poch scored for Madrid?
They took a risk with him, Poch appointment is a safer bet compared to Zidane.Bit different, seeing as they promoted him from within.
They have had a long standing interest in him haven't they, going back to his Espanyol days I believe. And the belief is one day he'll be Real manager.
I hope he does end up at Real, wins stuff, gets used to winning a few things and then when he leaves in 2/3 years, comes to us.
Zidane said it was his own decision. He didn't have to say that. He could've said nothing. You believe a single word that comes out of that mans mouth?
It does seem he’s in a comfort zonePoch is happy with low pressure and media fawning at Spurs.
The fans will give him a little more time due to him being a club legend. So they hired him because of his goals?
So why would Zidane walk? If I told you he would 2 days ago you would have said I was insane.

Obviously, Poch had no prior knowledge that the Real job would become available so soon.
There is every reason to believe Real will make him their next manager, should they opt to buy out the remainder of his contract of course.
Zidane said it was his own decision. He didn't have to say that. He could've said nothing.
You implying Zidane was sacked?
Probably, Poch is not worth the fee it’d takeLol list these reasons? Il chose to beli Vegas the facts as I see them instead of *SportsWitness* and let you guys argue about the rest, Poch will be our manager next season, as I have said all season,
Not a single journalist closer to Florentino knew this, and they would have known, it would have been leaked in the midnight football talk radio shows yesterday. But I guess you as a Spurs fan who is reading Real Madrid can try getting your manager must have a "truthfulness authority" higher than anyone else.
As I've said, I'm not even a madridista, and I have no idea if Florentino is going to achieve getting Pochettino, what I do know, and everyone knows here by now, is he's going to put all the eggs in that basket. Each single Mouth of Sauron -aka Florentino's journalists- is saying the same.
And now, for those who don't understand why the strong links between Madrid and Pochettino, not being him any Madrid former player: he's an Espanyol de Barcelona legend, the enemies of FC Barcelona. He has stated several times he's absolutely anti-barcelonista. There has always been a strong link between Real Madrid and Espanyol, due to them being the "spanish" club of Barcelona and Barça rivals. Lots of players on loan or sold from Madrid to Espanyol, etc etc. He has always been rated by Florentino, since he was Espanyol coach. Several interviews along the years by Pochettino hinted he wouldn't mind coaching Real Madrid eventually, talking about how great Florentino is. Barça fans call Espanyol "Real Madrid B" for a reason.
Not at all I’m implying that Perez must of known something was up, you don’t just resign from the top job in the world with out ur boss having a feeling about it.

The reasons for Poch joining Real? Okay
1. Real is the top job in European football. The absolute pinnacle for any ambitious manager.
2. Getting the chance to manage some of the best players in the game today.
3. More funds to play with.
4. Warmer climate.
5. Higher basic salary.
Etc etc so on so forth.
Right so all these *hints* and *links* go against what Poch has actually said when signing his contract? Why pick and chose? Balls on the line, do you think he will be in Madrid next season?
