Curry just put France to sleep, amazing stuff.
You should be imprisoned for constantly leaving Curry free like that
Definitely in this century.Chef Curry will always be my GOAT. No player has revolutionised the game like he has.
Steph Curry took that personallyWait do have USA have a full strength basketball team and still aren’t winning by a canter? Thought this was their sport
Certainly didSteph Curry took that personally

You should spend more time in the NBA thread during the season

Please no.
This has perked my interest back up in Basketball and since I have TNT sports again, might start watching when the season starts. You should spend more time in the NBA thread during the season
So they've basically punished Chiles, who did nothing wrong (but got tons of abuse online), gave the bronze back to the Romanian girl who couldn't celebrate it on the podium anyway and did nothing to address the actual error which was the ridiculously low marks for the other Romanian girl who should've finished second.`Hey, cheer up a bit. The CAS stripped Chiles of Bronze today.
I have sad news for youThis has perked my interest back up in Basketball and since I have TNT sports again, might start watching when the season starts.
Or Discovery Plus if it’s called that. Is it on a different channel now in the UK?I have sad news for you
I dunno, so many of those silvers this time could easily have been gold - four in athletics alone. Seeing all those near misses has been a bit psychologically draining, even if there have been one or two surprise golds too. Hopefully Emma Finucane can add one more gold tomorrow, although it’s going to be extremely tough.I think the overall consistency is more important, the cycling team lacks superstars and so the number of golds were always going to go down
I would go with GB dropping off. With both Laura and Jason Kenny retired and Matt Walls not competing, it’s going to weaken any team.Have GB dropped off or are others catching up?
Someone said they're fancied for a women's weightlifting gold.So China on 39 golds. USA on 38.
I know USA has a great chance in the woman’s basketball tomorrow. And also in the gold medal match vs Italy in the volleyball.
What’s on the cards for China?

This is an Olympic sport ladies and gents
Basketball definitely shouldn’t be at the Olympics, or there should at least be a ban on professional players. It’s just so blatantly all about getting American tv viewers interested in the games so the IOC gets more money from selling TV rights. It’s just so cynical.
Tennis and golf shouldn’t be at the games either, for the same reason. I’d like to see 5-a-side football or futsal at the Olympics though, instead of the 11-a-side game
Love to see itCurry just put France to sleep, amazing stuff.
Raygun rules. Only good Australian.
What’s her story? She saw a pathway to the Olympics without needing to be talented at anything and went for it? Fair play, I guess. But it’s a bit of a piss take out of people who are serious about breakdancing as an Olympic sport. Which is kind of mean, no?

She won the Oceania Breaking Championships in 2023.
She is very serious about it. She just goes for the artistic end which is even more hit and miss apparently. Mainly miss of course. What’s her story? Another corrupt organization ruining sports.https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/o...chiles-olympics-lose-bronze-medal-sister.html
Chiles came third in the event after her score of 13.666, which had initially placed her fifth, was bumped up by 0.1 following an appeal from the US coach.
But, in a bombshell ruling today, the Court of Arbitration of Sport ruled the judging panel were wrong to allow Chiles' score to be increased and said the initial finishing order should be restored.
Chiles took to Instagram to say she was removing herself from social media 'for my mental health', while her teammate Biles said: 'Sending you so much love Jordan. Keep your chin up Olympic champ! We love you!'
Elsewhere, Chiles' sister Jazmin issued a scathing response to the controversy, writing on Instagram on Saturday 'Please keep Jordan (and my family) in your prayers. Racism is real, it exists, it is alive and well.'
Excellent effort from Georgia Bell to get the bronze in the 1500. Ran the perfect race
