Andrew Yang says Biden offered him a cabinet position if he endorsed Biden. Under Title 18, Section 599 of the United States Code, this is illegal and Biden can be punished by up to 2 years in prison.

Yang just another slimy career politician.
Those deals happen every year when there is an election?

Aren't you the guy who argued that Trump actually isn't racist but is just cosplaying as one?

This thread is almost as depressing as the Coronavirus one.

Can't wait for the 2024 election between Pompeo and Buttigieg

American has to choose between a moron and a man who's brain is missing.

This all feels so irrelevant. We don't know if Biden will be sufficiently alive to be the candidate, we don't know if the election happens in November.

No idea if it will work (apparently he had success with unemployment insurance, so it might) but this is really great from him

Why does he have to shout so much ? Why is he so angry ? At a time of national crisis why is he trying to divide people ?

Sincerely yours the democratic voting base.

I think I've made it pretty clear in previous posts that while I didnt believe Bernie would have a chance against the Biden machine - he is an important part and should continue to play in pushing some long needed reform in American society. The current scenario is literally written for men like him and it appears he is leaving his mark given the fact the Dems have had some unexpected success in adding things or removing things from the emergency bills. The bills have turned out a lot more socio-democratic than I expected them to. Good on guys like Bernie and dem leadership seemingly having grown a spine there (and it appears some *gasp* Rs as well). Though yes the motivations for some of it are clearly vastly apart. Re-electibability vs doing it because of the right thing to do are vastly different beliefs.

I very much believe this comment I saw in response to the tweet has some truth to it:
"He is not the endgame He is the vanguard"
