The Libertarians have a cracking expert on foreign affairs. So do any of the smaller parties have any good candidates this year?
When will the Brexit comparisons die
90 mins to first polls closing. Lots of states with heavy polling. (Sky)
That's why I haven't watched CNN since their siren chasing during the Boston Bombing.CNN showing helicopter footage from Clinton's motorcade navigating turns. Somebody deemed that interesting.
Hopefully right after a Clinton winWhen will the Brexit comparisons die
Yeah but 69 is a funny numberIts usually 60% on a particularly good day.
When will the Brexit comparisons die
If Clinton wins
Usually the odds on betfair are as good of indicator as any but brexit was about 1.1 on the day of the vote and we seen how that ended up.
Definitely think Trump will have a group of silent voters who won't say they voted him due to fear of being labeled racist.
On a side note, personally think some of the media coverage on the election has been disgraceful. The likes of BBC reporting on both candidates side by side and using a nice photo of Clinton smiling compared to a photo of Trump crunching his face up (yes I know it's probably a struggle to find a decent photo of him). Personally think we should be expecting more from an organisation that is supposed to remain impartial.
Believe it or not, my friends who had lived here less than fifteen years weren't allowed to vote.Yes, providing they hadn't lived abroad for 15 yrs or more.
Was 3.45 when Sunderland was announced for Brexit. Betfair will react as quick as any. With all these Exit polls - little has happened.
Im fairly involved in Betfair and know about 3 of their top clients have 10million bets plus more on Clinton @1.23. Know this as my account manager was trying to offload some of it about 3 weeks ago

Makes sense if they're not British. It was a British decision for the Brits to make.Believe it or not, my friends who had lived here less han fifteen years weren't allowed to vote.
At this point why worry about betting odds the fecking votes will be in a few hours.Betfair odds don't mean anything at this stage, the Brexit odds for remain were really short as well on the night. Then the results started to come in...
Hadn't thought of that. They don't do it? I haven't been home for an election for ages.I always find the 'race vote' stuff fascinating. Do you think they'll start talking about the 'Indian vote' in the UK? I can't think of a comparison in Ireland
While exit polls are not the best at measuring the racial composition of the electorate, it does seem that minority turnout is way up in Florida. In the preliminary exit polls, 39 percent of voters were people of color. That compares to just 33 percent in 2012.

I think it will be over in about 3 hours.when is going to get interesting? any minute now or can I go and grab a beer for a few hours?
Who closes in 15 mins?

Did sectarianism play out at the ballot box in the ROI? Or was it just between NI and ROI?I always find the 'race vote' stuff fascinating. Do you think they'll start talking about the 'Indian vote' in the UK? I can't think of a comparison in Ireland

Like the ones who've lived in Spain for years, rather than my housemates who've been here for a few years and one of which was previously allowed to vote in a general election? I don't see the argument.Makes sense if they're not British. It was a British decision for the Brits to make.
