Yeah, the basic premise was essentially any citizen living in Scotland who was eligible to vote could vote. Which I kinda like.
As Florida and the Western states numbers start coming in, expect the exit polls number for whites to drop a notch. But based on the voter files analysis by Nate Cohn I think 70% is probably right at this moment.
