There's a hilariously idiotic conversation going on on TMZ right now about whether various planes used in the late 70s had retractable arm rests that would've allowed Drumpf to do his thing to one of the accusers.

Your sneering is quite pathetic. Why don't you read her bio and then you might have an idea what an accomplished woman she actually is.
 
According to MSNBC radio, Michelle Obama penned her own speech. They played excerpts of it this afternoon and when they were finished they added it was a speech that she herself wrote.

It wasn't meant as a sneer. And you're correct in your assumption that I know little about Michelle Obama. I simply assumed that, like almost all presidential wives, her investment in politics began and ended with her investment in her husband.

But it's important to maintain the principle that the presidency is not an entry level political job. If he wasn't an asshole, Trump would have some qualifications, although nowhere near enough. Despite getting her first political break as the president's wife, Hillary is well qualified. But Mrs. Obama??

Liberty University is full of nutters. I used to debate a retired Chief (USAF) who was in theological studies through Liberty (distance learning). It was difficult to get him to see my views as he was so full of Liberty dogma and too much of a believer.

Dawkins ripped them hilariously in this video.

I'd agree Michelle is nowhere near qualified enough but if she does go into politics properly in, say, 2020 then I wouldn't rule her out as a future option. Well-educated, well-liked and a fantastic public speaker. The fact Hilary's standing now would hold her back though since things would look a bit too cliquey if you've got two husband/wives combos as Presidents, no matter how well-qualified they all are.

And, oddly enough, that hasn't always gone uncontested.

So I wouldn't get my vote.

(Anyone ever see the 1940s movie 'I Married a Witch', in which a warlock casts a spell on an election, and one candidate gets zero votes: "He didn't even vote for himself!")

Also, does America really want its run of presidents to be Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama, Clinton, Obama? Having three families run the country for 35+ years would be a bit problematic.

Liberals place a high premium on intelligence and the ability to verbally communicate without sounding like a misogynistic feckwit or a clown who made up his own words on the fly between sniggering.

He was the base's wet dream back in the mid-90s. Plenty were advocating him as a potential POTUS nominee. No idea why he never ran, probably some dark skeletons out there he knew would surface and potentially ruin him.
