2016 US Presidential Elections | Trump Wins

Or not choosing at all, which is perfectly fine.
I don't share that point of view. I think it is always essential to vote.
So voting for the least palatable choice is always the way to go.
If more Dem leaning voters did what you are saying, Trump would win.

Hillary just needs to walk out today and put a packet of orange Tic-Tacs on her podium...shit, even offer one to Donald.
 Are you sure Trump and his supporters would get this 'subtle' message?

I like how it's always someone else's fault with Trump. If people turn against him, they're traitors. If the media leak information that paints him in a bad light then it's a lie...even when it's quite literally true.

Awesome. Awesome awesome awesome :D

Can you imagine this tonight? He'll be unloading on them instead of attacking Hillary. His ego just will not allow him to focus on the task at hand.
Tonight just seems too easy, and knowing how this year's unfolded I can't escape thinking there could be a sting in the tail.

Then again, it's Trump.

You know what the best part about all this is? Scandal after scandal is going to deflate the Trump movement to the point where it doesn't matter how many times he'll say on Election Night that it's been rigged, everyone will have lost the will to fight for him. With a bit of luck, the Deplorables enthusiasm will be so battered that there won't be violence. Fingers crossed and keep up the good work, media....

Nah, sting will be Trump getting stung even more. Wikileaks has been defused utterly and his scandals are the only news in town now. I don't see what could hurt Hillary now.

Trump is going to take the Republican party down with him. I'm loving it.

As a non-American, I found this WP article quite interesting to shed a bit more light on why Evangelicals hate Hillary so much. (I knew some bits and piece before but not as in depth as described.)
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...drives-so-many-evangelicals-to-support-trump/

I wasn't aware that this goes back to the time of Bill's first campaign when she said 'I suppose I could have stayed home, baked cookies and had teas' when a reporter asked her about her career as a lawyer.
Very vaguely, I believe I remember this was during a TV interview when the Clinton couple sat on a couch and Hillary was wearing a headband. (I remember that her hairdo with a headband got a lot of coverage during that time.) How anybody could be outraged about her statement and sincerely hates her is beyond me though, back then and even more so now.

All that Clinton needs to do tonight is maintaining her dignity.

This isn't even a fair fight. It's sending an obese drunkard who's also off his tits on drugs to fight Muhammad Ali.

Drumpf wants blood. He doesn't care. He will lash out unprompted 100%.

The right wing machine have never liked the Clintons for a variety of reasons - first Bill - as a likeable southern Governor - was always a threat to their home turn (the south) in terms of Presidential politics. This also happened during the holier than thou televangelist era, so logically Bill's extra marital philandering became a siren for the GOP moral police to galvanize around. Also, Hillary never conformed to the submissive traditionalist role of being a quiet, behind the scenes first lady, which only further incensed the right.

So it appears that he probably isn't being coached by Kellyanne. I hope it's Rudy who's telling him what to say. Guaranteed comedy.

IF true and not a fake, this person knows that these two videos are authentic and wants to instigate lies via twitter that they are not. Now that's what I call a perfect fit to the Trump approach.

IIRC, the prep meeting in Trump Tower yesterday was with Christy, Giuliani, and Priebus. I don't remember that Kellyanne was mentioned.

I thought I'd read that he's cut all RNC funding.

Yep, that did happen. But Priebus is still supporting Trump at least as recently as today. That of course might change once the post-pussy gate polls come out early next week, at which point he will have to drop him.

I'm betting that Hillary will hit him with some new accusation tonight to really throw him off. Right after he attacks her for her railroading of Bill's victims.

Portman's also now given a wishy washy unendorsement. He's had a very large lead in recent polls but you never know.

That's the problem for down balloters. They are having a hard time reading the sentiment after the video came out. If they run hard against Trump, they will be undercutting their own voter turn out on November 8th. If they support him, it will energize the opposition to vote against them. The likes of Ayotte, Portman, and Rubio are all dealing with this.

If he attacks her over Bill in front of 40 undecided voters there to discuss the actual issues, it will be the end of his campaign imo. He needs to be extremely apologetic right off the bat then keep his cool and talk policy for 90 minutes, and calmly deflect anything she throws at him. That obviously won't happen since we are talking about Trump here.

It can't be Rheinhardt Priebus. He's off the Trump train, isn't he?
I read on Twitter that he was with Trump, and while I can't find the tweet, it's mentioned in this article, too. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/10/us/politics/trump-tower.html
Mr. Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, an observant Jew who normally does not work on the Sabbath, was among those who gathered with him on Saturday, although the candidate’s oldest daughter, Ivanka, was not. Mr. Trump’s oldest son, Donald Jr., was there. Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey and Rudolph W. Giuliani also showed up, as did the Republican National Committee chairman, Reince Priebus.

Read his texts. That is not his mood at all. He's all for turning on anyone who has distanced themselves from him. He's not going to be genuinely apologetic at all.

This thread pretty accurately represents the headlines of the day, and there hasn't been a serious policy discussion since about February IIRC. This is an election on personalities, the RNC and DNC made that clear.
The allegation against Bill Clinton (which contains within it an allegation against Hillary) is IMO more serious than what Trump was boasting about. But he's Trump, he won't stick to Broadrick and will be distracted, angry, and show his famous "best temperament."

Surely all of the grab them video, his daughter being a piece of ass/3 way video plus the rape case will come up tonight. I don't understand how the latter 2 are being ignored for the most part.

Still nothing from Kelly Anne since Oct 7. She's a strategist and her apparent strategy is to hide under a stone for a few days. Or she left the campaign.

Look at the Sunday shows today - its all Giuliani on TV. I'd imagine KellyAnne has been bumped down in status and probably finds it too damaging to her own brand to go out and defend the pussygate tape.

Looking forward to this debate. If Trump can stay focused as long as he did in the last one, then the last hour should be a joy to watch.

It's the 'town hall' debate, so it'll feature questions from this site.
