Nope. If you're implying equivalence and that they haven't paid taxes, you're wrong. http://mediamatters.org/research/20...r-tax-avoidance-scheme-clinton-s-taxes/213491
 It's almost like some people forget that she's actually published her returns.

Carry over I said and they did had a deduction of $3000 from the 2008 I didn't said not paying taxes and obvious 1 lost a million and the other a billion so do your math.
So what's your point? That Trump is literally a thousand times worse than the Clintons?

Statement 1 :
The Clintons lost almost a million dollars in 2008 which they used as carry over for the following years....

Statement 2

So, they had a deduction of 3000 dollars in 2008 because of their losses, which is not a carry over on 'following years' and Clintons aren't running because of their business acumen of making money and creating jobs, nor did they claim that they were paying taxes when they were dodging for the last 15 odd years.

It's a weird situation when, if he were running with Sarah Palin, she'd be the one making the ticket more respectable.

Actual building-on-fire lie

It's quite incredible how often he just literally says stuff that is not true. He doesn't even try to skew his lies. And to think some of his supporters claim the media's biased against him because they dare call him out on his shite.

Had a college educated person tell me a few days ago, "I can't vote for Hillary... She's a liar and I won't stand for that."

She's voting for Trump for Christ's sake.

You are all missing barros point. She only paid $1,000,000 in taxes on $3,000,000 income instead of 1,003,000. Our boy Trump paid more than that on gas taxes for his private jet!

I hope this paints a definitive picture of any 'revolution' by the younger generation. Posting in social medias from the comfort of your couch and voting in the fashionable presidential election does not a revolution make, if you don't put the hard yards for the unfashionable local elections. Rightly or wrongly, presidents can only affect policies so much and the implementation of these policies are with state and local bodies. Unless democrats and the younger obama/sanders coalition turn up for these elections, change will always be a pipe dream. For all of Obama's oratory skills and his popularity, in spite of his repeated requests for voter turnout, there was disappointing turn out in the mid term elections, with Republicans sweeping blue states like PA.

Sanders called for local turnout election and his initiative immediately fell flat on its knees because of supposed differences with Weaver and how the campaign was set up with IRS. Obviously, it had to be pure, ideological and based entirely on the grassroots movement while going up against R's who will no doubt bring the full propaganda machine driven by Citizens United. These guys never learn, in spite of what happened to Sanders against Clinton. These guys firmly believe if the grassroots youth movement had it's way, Sanders would have won and they weren't taken seriously. So much so that these disgruntled millennials find it hard to vote for Clinton and will choose Stein/Johnson. Apparently this is the same Gary Johnson who stands for almost nothing in common with Sanders apart from pot legalization. There's a reason why youthful exuberance will only get you so far and it has to work along with pragmatic decision making by seasoned veterans.

Let us hope that there is no more blaming 'triggers' and 'microaggressions' and instead there is a concerted genuine effort to make a difference. This election won't be an indicator, but the local and mid term elections will clearly show how serious we are for change.

Rant over.

I was going to reply with a long rant...but I'll just restrict it to a few points.

Our Revolution was supposed to be staffed by members of the Bernie 2016 campaign, most of them quit a few days before the launch. These aren't people you can accuse of being uninterested voters who turn up in even years; these were the committed volunteers who ran that whole show. Obviously there are some fundamental issues with the organisation or with Weaver's style.
Secondly it is an organisation whose first goal is getting money out of politics. It's just nonsense for them to accept anon cash. Bernie infact showed the possibility of a "crowdsourced" campaign. It was really disappointing they ignored that success.
I also wanted to rant about voters will come even in the midterms if you offer them a difference as opposed to running from your record, but that would be a huge argument so whatever. I'll just leave this as a case for not voting.

Bernie's defeat to Clinton wasn't the result of purity or ideology; his consistency is what attracted so many in the 1st place. His defeat happened because Clinton had a firewall with Blacks and older voters, and after February Bernie wasn't able to make significant dents in that bloc. He hit his ceiling against a candidate as established and popular among the base as Clinton. He spent much more on ads than Clinton (and his campaign raised more than hers as opposed to her SuperPAC) but that didn't have an impact in her stronghold demographics.
His only hope was a miracle three-state sweep (IA,NH,NV) to start with an a very strong showing in SC (<5% loss). That would put him on the lead headline every day and change the narrative. Once NV was a significant (5%)loss and SC was a landslide (40% loss) it was like 3-1 down at halftime, with Messi on the opponents bench. Then after Messi's Super Tuesday it was 5-1 with 30 mins left. I'm sure some heroes have recovered from there but it doesn't happen.
