"They call me Mr Brexit"  No, but we do frequently compare you to Hitler.

A diagnosis of pneumonia would be consistent with the wobble/collapse, the persistent coughing and the spitting of green phlegm. It's nasty for anyone and a normal person would be on strong antibiotics and told to rest in bed.

That's true, pneumonia is not like flu, it's a lot nastier.

He also probably has fresh baby blood and muscle tissue DNA from virile young men pumped into his veins twice a month.

I'm being half serious!
He seems like the person that would sacrifice one of his kids for an extra year of life.

Voting for trump means that person is racist?

Not exactly no, but it certainly means they are voting for someone who is racist and promotes exceptionally racist and bigoted ideas and wants to introduce extremely racist and bigoted laws. Of that, there can be no doubt.

If I was Clinton I would walk on stage at the first debate and shake his hand while doing one of those politician point and wave to a random person in the audience. He would explode from that show of disrespect and pull his balls off through his pocket. I bet he calls her a cnut on live tv if she did that.

It would certainly prove they have facist tendencies.

Or would it just show that they don't care? I know there is a correlation between low I.Q. and Trump supporters, but that can't be said of all of them can it? So some are racist, misogynistic, homophobic and bigoted, but what about the rest? Some are genuinely confused and I reckon an awful lot are extremely conflicted too. I would think a lot of good people, honest Republicans who just have different opinions, but hard working folks who have been raised conservative, well I should think that for many of them it would leave a very sour taste in their mouth voting for Trump. I think an awful lot of people could just flat out refuse to vote at all because they disagree that strongly about Trump. I think the same could easily be said on the Democratic side too for Hillary.

Although for many Republicans, I think they would be able to rationalise it or live with not voting, because Trump is really not a Republican at all. He flip flops so often on his policies anyway, it's hard to know where he really stands.

However, shit like this really confuses me, surely even the most stupid people can't believe this? Surely not?

Mike Pence declines to call David Duke "deplorable"......lol

If the plan was to produce this reaction...it was a good plan. But terribly executed. She could've said something like "lots of Americans have genuine concern (job etc.)....but a small fraction of deplorable people are using his campaign to spread their agenda, and it is important to acknowledge that component of his support"

Clinton should use the pneumonia to her benefit on this one. "I was ill and not myself, I wasn't sure of what I was saying, I didn't mean it like it sounded, it came out wrong because I had a fever at the time, what I really meant was......."

That should be enough. If Trump has shown the world anything, it's how short people's memories are, and how quickly something can be forgotten or ignored when something else comes along to focus on. She should just wait for a Trump faux-pas then slip an apology in and it should be ok. I know she has different rules than Trump and the Republicans and their supporters hold her to different rules, but still, she should be able to get a pass on this one if she tackles it correctly.

The narrative is changing from what she said to whether there was any merit to her claim - which despite her clumsy generalization, there is. 60% of Trump supporters think Obama is a Muslim, 59% believe he wasn't born in the US...and the list goes on. So in truth, a massive chunk of Drumpf's flock have deplorable beliefs.

Bit more on these inclusive lovely trump supporters.

65% believe Obama is a Muslim
59% believe Obama was born outside of the us

On Saturday, Trump gave a eulogy at the Schlafly funeral who was yuge in fighting AGAINST the equal rights movement.

Lol, it appears to have taken me 10 minutes to write that! Stop watching Chris!

I would just like to say that a very dear friend of mine who is close to marrying my sister and who is only 40 years old, had pneumonia earlier this year. It was completely unexpected and he was as fit as a fiddle, and when I say that, I REALLY mean that. He is a builder by trade and body builder as well. He is 6 ft 4 and built like The Rock. That is no exaggeration, he is seriously that built and that cut. He got a cold in January and was taken to hospital and was then diagnosed with pneumonia and was then put in an induced coma by the doctors, he was kept in the coma for 5 weeks before being brought round. It nearly killed him but it didn't and he is in recovery still now, but almost back to how he was. The point being though is that pneumonia is not only a killer, but also a strange one and certainly not as simple as being cured by antibiotics. However, it's also clear that if it was that serious for Hillary, then she would be in hospital and would be in intensive care right this very minute!

Well I'm happy to hear that your friend is doing well. Pneumonia can definitely cause severe problems depending on the organism that is causing it (drug resistant bacteria from hospitalizations are life-threatening). For most cases of Community Acquired Pneumonia however, standard antibiotics are good enough which is what I imagine Hillary contracted (unless she has been recently hospitalized or exposed to a high-risk patient).

Oh yeah, I know that, was just pointing out it's not always that simple and can easily escalate with no or little warning, even in the fit and healthy, let alone the weak and elderly. Hopefully Hillary is fine and will be ok, I see Bill has just released a statement saying she was just dehydrated and is doing well and will be fine.

Probably see it as strain from putting up with Trump's constant BS. Anyway, a nice tweet with a promising statement.

Just goes to show why it's pointless getting hysterical. (The guy is ABC News Chief Political Analyst)

Clinton always does best with the public when showing vulnerability. Lewinsky, New Hanpshire 2008 tearing up. The spin machine of the famous Clinton War Room has been on full swing. Now 'basket of deplorables' is being vindicated and instead of 'she's so frail', it's 'look how she powered through despite the illness'.

About time some common sense and fairness went her way though. No matter how much Fox and Trump want to play the martyrs and victims and attack her for stuff like this. Hopefully this could be a turning point. Fingers crossed.

It's funny really when everyone has been saying Trump has had a good week and hasn't made any gaffs. The standard of him having a good week is obviously exceptionally low. Unbelievable. He's such a disgusting excuse for a human.

I didn't hear about 2, 9, 14, 15, 20 and 21 though. Or possibly did, but can't remember seeing much about them as I was obviously busy. It's a shame that list doesn't have links to each example.

The biggest problem I have with the deplorables comment is that his supporters and the bigotry don't just spawn out of thin air like nazis in Medal of Honor. They're the results of decades of democratic and republican failures. Except they don't see it as failure. They like to have their deplorables, uneducated and prison cattle to make the social ladder gap as big as possible. Status is relative.

Have you ever met a working class family from Alabama when you've been traveling? Many americans can't even afford to ever leave the country or even take vacation days in the first place.
