We were? I didn't see that at all.Something has changed these last few weeks. Much more aggressive positioning, full backs pushing higher up, looking to dominate games. Great to see, still a ways to go with the fluency of the football but this intent is what fans have been crying out for, and if it continues much of the worries over Mourinho will fade.We improved after the goal. Keep it up.Thats they way. No matter if we playng good or bad, we should always be able to beat this lower table teams.Good half. Last 15 minutes we played some lovely stuff. Fellaini, once again, has been superb.Come on United! Another game I am really enjoying.This will probably go down as the 300th ‘one-off’ great game by Smalling, by those who will prefer to focus on the norm of the other 8 or 9.Very good first half .Never sat back after going a goal up.

Matic and Fellaini have held which has freed both full backs.Excellent first half after a short spell of pressure from Watford. The midfield is working, though Fred would probably come in for Matic in that role for some games. But the main reason we have balance in midfield is Fellaini and nobody can deny that.
The football's certainly taken a turn for the better. More players trying to go direct is good to see, rather than always crossing or passing to Lukaku.The only element we need to add now would be some pressing, there's still a total lack of pressing which might hurt us in some games.Great half. Cept in this case we're the lower table team. LolDunno what it is but we seem to be getting a lot of space in the final third. Pogba getting up and Lukaku playing as a RW at times definitely helps.
I still can't believe people don't rate Pogba. He can hit cross field passes to feet like nothing. I think he's one of the best passers in the game. It's not his fault that our front 3 usually are stood around like statues.

I get the feeling it doesn't work in the Champion's league.The media will be so upset about that first half. After yesterday you know that they were ready with the players are in revolt, lost the dressing room articles etc. Then we go out and actually play well!
Think there have been a lot of harsh analysis ON Sanchez. I think he has done really well, not outstanding but has been in the game moving around creating space. Excellent effort on goal. The last 20ish minutes was really enjoyable. I have not said that in a while. Fellaini has been excellent, lingard not so good.- Status
