They will be leading we are gonna get a dodgy penno and then they'll fold like a house of cards :)

We should go and dominate them. I think we are strong enough now we have Sanchez, and Martial and Pogba in form. Just go for it. As long as we mark Kane, I don't think the rest of the Spurs players are unmanageable.

The games against Newport and Yeovil have no relevance to the game on the Wednesday, but if some United fans want to think otherwise - for reasons best known to themselves - then so be it.

Unfortunately, it has fallen to me, to issue you with some very bad news.
I have it on good authority that you are going to lose on Wednesday.
Please pass my condolences onto your fellow Spur supporters. :D

If United win this would say we are more or less guaranteed Champions League next season.

Would be 11 points ahead of 5th place.

I just checked the ticket prices for this and some places are selling them for around £365.

    So expensive.

    My Lineup prediction:

    Valencia -- Smalling -- Jones -- YOung
    ---------Matic------POgba--------------
    LIngard---------Sanchez--------Martial
    ---------------Lukaku-------------------

The "neutral venue" is currently Spurs' home ground and thus it'll be filled with mostly Spurs fans. So no, it's not exactly a neutral place. :p

It might be where they play their games when they are considered the "home" team in games, but it is definitely not their ground, so it is very much a neutral venue.

Until they move into their new home ground, then they will continue to play at a neutral venue when considered the home team.

    De Gea

    Valencia Jones Smalling Shaw
    Matic Pogba
    Lingard Alexis Martial
    Lukaku

    1-1 midweek evening bore draw

Think there's still some in the Spurs end if you're willing to hide. Couldn't find any with 2 seats together but might be worth giving their ticket office a call tomorrow.

Not quite sure how we would only manage to score one goal with that forward line-up!

    Wednesday evening innit.

And not confident Jose will leave the bus in the car park.

Under Fergie I'd be saying that line up would win 3-1; but I don't think even with Sanchez Jose will have shaken off his natural pragmatism yet.

    So expensive.

    Insane prices.
If you're in and around London, it'd be much easier to just pop down and get one from a tout!

Alexis will get the boos, ofcourse because of Arsenal ties but I feel he is a bit like Ronaldo, hates makes him going. I think it'll be 2-1 for us with Sanchez getting a goal or an assist to Lingard with Lukaku scoring the other or a double for Alexis and he celebrates with pumping the United badge on and going crazy with the crowd. Would make it up for me watching the game on my holiday (after 3 years) in Goa.

Anyone else there, we can meet.

One, we are playing a good team. Two, away from home.

Yes we are playing a good team, however we are just that much better, so hopefully if we do play that team, then more than one goal should be scored! That is an excellent and exciting front line!

Am happy to see the optimism on here, but slightly unsure of why.
The only big game we've won in the last year or so, was Arsenal away, where we got an incredible start, aided by shocking Arsenal defending, and then hung on after taking a bit of an enslaught, with De Gea in epic form.

Usual drill in the big aways is to be super calm and considered. But maybe Sanchez is a huge part of expanding that now? With him, Lingard and Martial supporting Lukaku that's a pretty dynamic front 4.

I think 3 in midfield is most likely. We are too open with Pogba in a two against such an attacking side. Wouldn't be surprised if Sanchez starts from the bench.

We're in very good form, have everyone fit for once (bar Bailly but he's been out for a while and we have good depth there), but most of all, it's the excitement of seeing Sanchez in the full strength side for the first time.

You don't pay him whatever the exact amount is per week, just to have him on the bench in s big game!

I see no reason at all to not play him from the beginning, same for Pogba, Lingard, Martial and Lukaku.

Out of interest, you mention previous big games and our record in them, in those previous games how many of them featured Lingard, Sanchez, Martial, Lukaku, and Pogba??

If the answer is zero, then why mention them at all, as they are totally irrelevant, and have no bearing on this upcoming match whatsoever.

No Lingard?? What is your justification for not including him? You have seen how much good form he is on currently haven't you??

I appreciate your optimism, but I could reverse that, and say how many games have we had those players. None, so your optimism has basis in history either.

However, I hope to see a stunning win. :)

Very tough game, for both teams. It's a must win for Spurs but I have a feeling we will get a result.
I don't think Spurs will finish top 4.

It is a case for the third and fourth spot in the league of who is less rubbish (rather than who is better) between Chelsea, Spurs and Liverpool.
One team will miss out, not to sure who it will be, this time, unlike with ourselves none of them have the Europa League to fall back on, so it should be interesting to see who does miss out.

Tottenham will be desperate for 3 Points. If we avoid defeat - we really should have a C.L spot more or less secured.

So actually having those players available to select from, is a bad thing, and not worthy of being optimistic over?? Have I understood your point here??

You don't see how this match is totally different to previous ones, and that what we did previously has no bearing on this one at all??
There really isn't any reason to mention prior matches where this group of players were not available, as they are now, so that makes a huge difference.

You might be right but Spurs will play a 3 in midfield, my guess is we'll match them up and play Herrera or we'll get over run. Which would mean one of Lingard, Martial and Sanchez don't start.

We I think will also be desperate for the full three points, and I am fully confident of us doing so.
