Is VAR being used in the PL now?
no...my bad!!....
The games against Newport and Yeovil have no relevance to the game on the Wednesday, but if some United fans want to think otherwise - for reasons best known to themselves - then so be it.
I just checked the ticket prices for this and some places are selling them for around £365.
So expensive.
The "neutral venue" is currently Spurs' home ground and thus it'll be filled with mostly Spurs fans. So no, it's not exactly a neutral place.

1-1 midweek evening bore draw
Wednesday evening innit. Not quite sure how we would only manage to score one goal with that forward line-up!

One, we are playing a good team. Two, away from home.
We're in very good form, have everyone fit for once (bar Bailly but he's been out for a while and we have good depth there), but most of all, it's the excitement of seeing Sanchez in the full strength side for the first time.Am happy to see the optimism on here, but slightly unsure of why.
The only big game we've won in the last year or so, was Arsenal away, where we got an incredible start, aided by shocking Arsenal defending, and then hung on after taking a bit of an enslaught, with De Gea in epic form.
Usual drill in the big aways is to be super calm and considered. But maybe Sanchez is a huge part of expanding that now? With him, Lingard and Martial supporting Lukaku that's a pretty dynamic front 4.
I think 3 in midfield is most likely. We are too open with Pogba in a two against such an attacking side. Wouldn't be surprised if Sanchez starts from the bench.

Out of interest, you mention previous big games and our record in them, in those previous games how many of them featured Lingard, Sanchez, Martial, Lukaku, and Pogba??
If the answer is zero, then why mention them at all, as they are totally irrelevant, and have no bearing on this upcoming match whatsoever.
Very tough game, for both teams. It's a must win for Spurs but I have a feeling we will get a result.
I don't think Spurs will finish top 4.
I appreciate your optimism, but I could reverse that, and say how many games have we had those players. None, so your optimism has basis in history either.
However, I hope to see a stunning win.
You might be right but Spurs will play a 3 in midfield, my guess is we'll match them up and play Herrera or we'll get over run. Which would mean one of Lingard, Martial and Sanchez don't start. You don't pay him whatever the exact amount is per week, just to have him on the bench in s big game!
I see no reason at all to not play him from the beginning, same for Pogba, Lingard, Martial and Lukaku.
Tottenham will be desperate for 3 Points. If we avoid defeat - we really should have a C.L spot more or less secured.
