Well at least we know who we can blame...Any of you guys have any superstitions/routines you do before a match like this? Personally, only sit down wee's for me and a cold shower before the game. Let's fecking go!
Anyone fearing Lingard might start, why? the mans a Wembley merchant, this is his bread and butter.Waiting to hear we are starting with Lingard, Fellaini and Rooney in a front three...I feel strangley confident about this game.
I always go to the toilet at HT, however bad situation is with my bladder. I make sure to do the thibg before the game to avoid the problem.Feel confident that we'll win this. Southampton aren't really up to much.

Can we become the first and only team to score against Southampton in this year's League Cup? I hope and expect the answer will be an emphatic yes. I fancy us to put a few past them.Will be a tough match I think.Reckon we'll beat them 2 or 3-1, it'll be a tougher first half than second. Okay.How do we think Saints will line up? Are there any Southampton fans on here?Hoping for a Basti--Carrick--Fellaini midfield behind Rashford--Rooney--Lingard as a lot of our starters need a rest. Rooney deserves a start and Lingard does well at Wembley.

Would expect the XI that won at Sunderland:
Forster, Soares, Stephens, Yoshida, Bertrand, Davis, Romeu, Ward-Prowse, Tadic, Redmond, Gabbiadini.
You could make an argument for including Long for his workrate but can't see them dropping Gabbiadini after the way he has started. Long could be a threat on the counter when he comes on.
Romeu a big player for them this season. Could be assigned to do a job on Pogba, depending on how we line up. Redmond's pace and Tadic's delivery are their big threats from open play but would also expect them to be dangerous on set plays with Ward-Prowse and Tadic both offering good delivery.
Central defence is the weakness. Yoshida is physical but can be exposed by quick passing. Stephens unproven and deputising for Van Dijk. Soares also not the best defensively
