Aiming for a title in 2028 doesn’t mean finishing mid-table then winning a title. If you aren’t getting more points, finishing higher, challenging for the title and going deep in the CL by then then you know the ‘project’ isn’t on track.

Having some kind of structured ambition with clear goals might be the thing we’ve needed from the top.

How they score the first goal is just incredible! We are letting the ball go and making heavy touches while their CB runs across our whole team!

Comfortably, the worst half I’ve seen under Ten Hagg - and we’ve seen some horrors.
Players losing all the 50-50s. Careless passing. Defensively awful.

I’ve been a ETH-sympathiser, but he needs to salvage something in this second half otherwise it’s a sort of performance that a manager never comes back from.

I don't blame Ten Hag for all of the players not completing so many of their passes in that first 45 minutes. That was utter dogshit from everyone other than Martinez and Onana.

What I blame Ten Hag for is starting Bruno over Eriksen in number 10. He stunk out the place and knew it. Could see him getting frustrated with himself and the stupid foul was a result of that just as much as the slip.

If Ten Hag wants to die on the Bruno Fernandes hill then he might've just got his wish.

With Bruno in there and no Eriksen or Diallo we have no ability on the ball.
