Instead of talking about poor performance we sit here and talk about referee making sure we don’t come back from this. Pathetic from referees and VAR.

Looking at the game we are just to static. Rashford, DeLigt and Dalot are fantasticly poor.

No composure out there and no one taking responsibility. Awful.

Still can’t believe that red card. We have been atrocious but losing Bruno is going to make things even worse. While we couldn’t have played much worse, we were still in the game but not now.

Almost all of our players are running away from the ball, it’s no wonder our passing has looked so bad.

Watching the spurs goal, Dalot just left the runner after initially being with him. Shocking defending.

    I hate watching us!

All week I’ve built up anticipation hoping for a performance here and get disappointed every time. Feck it!

That's your mistake. You really think this guy knows what he's doing with these charlatans? The manager and half of the player staff are clueless.

How that's not 3 or 4 nil is incredible. The games done now for me anyway, ridiculous red card for Bruno, the games gone too soft. Pathetic from ref.

The whole side have lost the plot, we cant play out from the back but we keep trying and we keep getting caught.

Horrific display, I hope he gets sacked this week as we're going to have our worst Premier League season this year if he remains any longer.

Any halfway intelligent outfit bins off ten hag at the end of last season. The extent to which they appear to have backed him in the summer is something that I find bizarre

I’ve argued to give ETH time, but I actually began to doubt him when he made Bruno captain. He’s obviously not captain material - too often he has a bad attitude despite his work rate and brain farts like this are bound to happen.

Didn’t think it was a red personally, he slips, doesn’t go into him studs up, hits him on the shin pad and not knee height.

But we have been terrible regardless.

Just watched the replay of the goal and Dalot basically just completely stops and allow Johnson a free shot at the goal.

He even held his hand up afterwards to apologise! But honestly that’s embarrassing for a full back to just stop tracking.

You could say that bout Ugarte and De Ligt as well. We really have been sold down the river by our signings.
Yeah they all look bad here, but so do all the other players. Everyone is levels below their peak under this coach, in this system, it's hard to tell what their actual level is

Comfortably, the worst half I’ve seen under Ten Hagg - and we’ve seen some horrors.
Players losing all the 50-50s. Careless passing. Defensively awful.

I’ve been a ETH-sympathiser, but he needs to salvage something in this second half otherwise it’s a sort of performance that a manager never comes back from.

This is on par with what we have seen from ETH, not the worst. Genuinely curious to why anyone can be a "ETH sympathiser" at this point.

    Wholeheartedly agree.

You can't possibly be serious. This is next level blindness. Have you seen his performances this season ffs? James Milner would be better than Bruno. Let me guess, Rashford is also our best player?
I've watched every game. We're bleak around the whole park.
Mount is Bruno's replacement. A guy who can't play a 90min without breaking down.

Batten down the hatches for the next few league games. We might have enough for whatever crud europa club we have

over the top is always a red... not saying it's right but that is the rule
He slipped and then barely touched him. Maddison sold it well (ironically like Fernandes would have) and it should have been turned over, mental that it wasn’t.

Ugarte hasn’t understood the PL or team yet
I'd argue both. I'm stunned at how he keeps jogging back on counters, which is a mix of PL pace and not having yet realised our immense capability to cock it up even if there are enough players there to cover all threats.

We'll get no sympathy for the shocking red card decision, but that was one of the worst I've ever seen and the fact we have VAR now and they didn't at least all the referee to look at it proves that VAR is pointless. There should be a rule that the referee must always review a red card decision on the monitor
Not sure on that one. Bruno slips sure, but he makes a further movement for the ball and that’s where he makes the foul. It’s soft, but also stupid. I certainly am not looking at the referee before Bruno, ETH and the rest of the squad atm.

Dalot on that first goal :lol:

Raises his hands up like "feck ok my bad I have enough good performances in my locker to get away with that"

Van de Ven, Gabriel, Dias and VVD are all better LCB.s than Martinez but listening to United fans you'd think he's a top 5 CB in Europe.

Agreed. I really wanted to believe. Thought his first season was promising. Grinding out trophies kept me believing in year two, but it had to click in year three and it just isn’t. A shame, but the positive would be if Ineos can show decisive action in recognising it and making the big call.
Yep. You can tell the players and fans are all deflated, and the managers don’t tend to last much longer after that. If I can see it, so can Ineos.

Argument aside whether it's a red or not, but I have no idea what Bruno was trying to do exactly. It looks utterly brainless and...just plain idiotic. A proper bull in a china shop moment.
