I wonder if it's a back 4 with Rojo at left back. Good lineup though. Can be a 4-3-3 or a 3-5-2 or a diamond really. No way of knowing until the game starts but there isn't really much of a difference between a diamond and a 3-5-2 anyways.
I'm assuming Blackett will be LB in that formation. I'm thinking that he's primarily a left back before being converted to the LCB in the back three, while Rojo's primary position is CB.
