    If Fred is starting that’s probably one of Eriksen or Bruno not playing.
     
    Did Rashford get injured on Thursday? Looked quite sharp except for some of the finishing, so I was sure that he was going to start today.

    I’m guessing it’s because Newcastle will play deep which is where Rashford really struggles to break teams down. Sancho is probably better suited in that scenario.
     
    Spurs on Wednesday too so got to be thinking of that. Rotation is fine. These guys need games and we have 2 every week till the World Cup pretty much.

    Most seems to think this will be very difficult.
     
    Very difficult game this, Newcastle play some nice football. Have the third most crosses into the box this season behind city and pool. Very good offensively. Let’s hope we’re up for this today and OT is rocking. 12th man needed!

    Worries me more as to how good they're defensively. Joint best in terms of goals conceded.
     
    Anyone else shuddering at the thought of what ASM might do to Dalot? Dalot has been suspect defensively one on one lately, and few are better at terrorizing their fullback than Saint Maximin.

    It’s a good job he isn’t playing then.
     
    Fred, Sancho, Ronaldo, and Bruno starting together on the pitch. All that is missing is Scott McTominay. I get rotation is needed, but what little confidence I had has evaporated seeing that.
     
    Need to get Antony to keep driving at Dan Burn and isolate him. Antony should be skinning a 6’4 full back every time!

    Our bench looks very inexperienced and weak. Only Rashford with any real experience.
