There were 18 players at the hotel. Both McNair and Rojo were there. I can see both being on bench.
Watch us play a blinder in the absence of Rooney
McNair is.I'd expect Wilson to be on the bench so the record shall continue.
No mobility in that midfield
Wtf, Morgan on the bench?
Yeah, Carrick and Scholes wasn't exactly Usain Bolt on cokeCarrick and Schweinsteiger is possibly the slowest midfield pairing in history.
I am amazed that Schneiderlin is not playing. Maybe he sees Schweiny and Carrick more big game playersSchneiderlin on the bench is surprising. Rest was predictable.
Surprised Morgan misses out!
Will need Herrera to drop back and make it a 3 man MF.
Coutinho will have a field day against Carrick and Bastian. But I think LVG is confident with De Gea so he has opted to go without Schneiderlin.
Lucas, Can and Milner. We should be absolutely dominating that midfield todayUnited XI: De Gea; Darmian, Smalling, Blind, Shaw; Carrick, Schweinsteiger; Mata, Herrera, Memphis; Fellaini.
Subs: Romero, McNair, Rojo, Schneiderlin, Valencia, Young, Martial.
Liverpool XI: Mignolet, Clyne, Skrtel, Lovren, Gomez, Lucas, Can, Milner, Firmino, Ings, Benteke
Subs: Bogdan, Toure, Sakho, Moreno, Origi, Rossiter, Ibe
That lineup is a recipe for disaster.

The thing is mate, he is banned.Coutinho will have a field day against Carrick and Bastian. But I think LVG is confident with De Gea so he has opted to go without Schneiderlin.
agreed
It is when Carrick pulled out of the England game, Bastaina has played two games and Morgan only one international. I picked Bastian/Morgan.No Schneiderlin concerns me a bit, especially against the energy of the Liverpool midfield. We should hopefully be able to dominate with those two, though - almost like Scholes and Carrick did a few years ago.
