It has a lot of attacking players, but falcao and rvp up top with Rooney in midfield isnt exciting at all. They just don't suit each other or those positions, two of them will be left isolated up top from the rest of the team... Its annoying.

It's like this guy is so tuned to both extremes so much that there is no middle ground with him. It's either three central defenders or three strikers with him no middle ground at all. If Leicester keep their calm early on there is goals for them because the Rooney - Blind midfield is basically a sieve.

This is beyond ridiculous, no proper CM even thoug we have two on the bench. Will be a boring 60 mins, then hererra comes on and will probably create chances and might score or will be a draw.

It'll obviously be (i'm hoping anyway) a wide diamond, as opposed to a narrow one. If we go back to what Van Gaal said in his press conference, he said, "we have to play more quickly because our opponents are defending and make a small space, so it’s difficult then to attack". As well as playing at a quicker tempo, if our opponents are defending our making small spaces, we must make the pitch as big as possible, and strecth them by using width. With Januzaj and Di Maria in the side, just like we saw against Cambridge in the second half, we can hurt them in the wide areas.

That said, we could possibly concede five again today. Just hope with that team we can outscore Leicester.

Also, nice to see Smalling back. Where the feck is Rafael?
