    He is without a doubt a United legend. There are only 4 players in our entire history who have won the ballon d'or. We've only won the Champions league 3 times in our history. The holy trinity each won a ballon d'or, and we won the CL with them. Ronaldo is the only one along with them.

    Not in my opinion. Of course people will disagree (such as yourself) but i just don't see him like that. He was a fantastic player for us and i would never diminish his achievements, but he wanted to leave and he wasn't quiet about it either. He's been gone for a decade and has improved immeasurably on a professional level and gave his best years to Madrid. Just don't get the hero worship, that's all.
     
    Personally, I don't see anything wrong with the fans showing appreciation to an ex player who has contributed massively to the club's recent success. The trophies, both for the team and personally, that he has won with us, and his continued show of respect and love for the club shows he is worthy of the appreciation.

    Enough people consider him a legend for him to be considered a legend, irregardless of yours or my personal opinion.
     
    Unchanged team! I thought Herrera would come in for Rashford to tighten up the midfield and give us one attacker to come off the bench, but there is Chong on the bench to provide that which is the surprise of surprises! :eek: :D

    Regardless of their performances tonight, Matic shouldnt be there anywhere near that XI, similar to Lukaku, then someone might say that we dont have better option but thats for discussion.

    I keep hoping to see Lukaku dropped and replaced by Sanchez.
     
    Tonights game will be a good indicator as to whether we have reached a turning point.
