I think Højlund does his to remind people he’s actually on the pitch.We got lucky last time we faced them. The players need to come out absolutely fired up for this one and getting the first goal is crucial.
Haha good one.This will be a tough match against equally shit opponents. I'll go with a thrilling 0-0 draw.They will press us hard in the opening 30 minutes and take the lead. We always concede early on. Then Bruno makes it 1-1 in the 80th minute.How weird would it feel to win this game 2-0, have a forward score a goal in each half and generally control the game for 90 minutes. I mean we’ve sunk so low at Old Trafford, it sounds impossible to happen. And to think back in the 90s & noughties how regulation this game would have been.

A score draw won't be a surprise but I'm going to stay ridiculously optimistic and stick with the prediction of a narrow/nervy United win.At home to 3rd from bottom Ipswich: there's absolutely no excuse for another tepid first half Old Trafford performance, where we mostly play at a slow tempo, create few chances and fail to score.
But if I were a betting man, that's certainly what I'd be going for.I’d like to see him start with the team who finished last match, who actually looked a vaguely competent football team. Yeah. Though we've done that plenty of times, even under ETH. We have a good second half, players playing well coming off the bench - they get starts, and we play just as insipid a first half as usual!
For whatever reason, a lot of the players just work better as subs than starters and we finally up the tempo (by comparison) in the second half of games. Regardless of which personnel start.
You'd think it was a tactical thing, but the managers seem frustrated by it as well. And, in interviews, players say the right things about needing to change that. Yet it just happens over and over again! You could generously say it's lack of confidence, yet they seem to get up more for tougher away matches and put everything into those games and back themselves to get something from them. So they should be confident enough with home games against relegation sides.Eriksen instead of Casemiro and Yoro instead of Maguire please.

Yes, Man United should be big favourites at home to Ipswich. Sadly, you have to just acknowledge that you can't trust this group of players to perform well in these kinds of matches. This may be a rare one where they do, and produce a comfortable win; but you have to go into it recognising that the bigger likelihood is that it'll be another insipid performance and that any win will be uninspiring and after a close contest.This will be a draw in the best case, loss in the worst case. Cannot see a victory here.
Yoro is definitely good enough. Play Maguire with MDL and wel be in more compromised positions.I'd have yoro in aswell Maguire's last performance was shocking deserves benching

A couple of wingers made him look ordinary till now.
He can jump, already better than Maguire right now.The problem is simple, I don't see us creating any good chance, and by chance if we do, I don't see us finishing it off. Hence, the mighty Ipswich Town might just take it away from us!I've started feeling a slight sense of dread when I wake up and realise United are playing today.Our record at OT hasn’t been great, but there’s plenty of quality in this squad. I gave up when I watched us get dominated against one of the worst sides in PL history.
I have only really seen it in the Southampton game. There were early instances of him being surprised by players but he looks to have adapted quite well of late.4-0, an early goal and the afterburners pulled out of storage.- Status
