I can see it working better than what it would have been if we played with Cas and Hojlund.
With Bruno up top, he will drop into the pockets and look to hit Garnacho and Rashford on the counter.
As for Casemiro, I didn't expect him to be left out, especially given how poor Amrabat was against Brighton, but he was good against Arsenal and Newcastle, so lets hope we see that version of Amrabat today.
Amarbat and McTominay are not good enough for our midfield. Either you play a 3 with mainoo and one of the above with casemiro or you vacate it like he ten hag has done all year.
If it was for Antony then I'd be furious but seems he's just packing the midfield. Tactically it's the best thing we can do.
Then we have Garnacho and Rashford as split strikers.The team makes sense. Bruno has done well as false 9. Hojlund would be chasing shadows for most of the game, but will be fresh for the 2nd half if we're still in the game. Rashford and Garnacho provide the pace on the counter. 3/4 in the middle to give us stability.
About as solid as we could get.

Casemiro is on the bench?I don't quite mind the lineup tbh. Gives us loads of options off the bench and we can keep it tight in the first half at least.
McTom has also had decent games against City, and Casemiro has been bad this season so Amrabat should give us some more defensive solidity.Is this not in 4K HDR?
