    I'd take a 3-0 defeat right now. I just hope we don't get thrashed. It really is embarrassing how we have become their bitches.
     
    Mazraoui and Dalot again at wingbacks.

    I’ll be an optimist and say 5-1 Liverpool. Scoring our first goal at Anfield in 6 years.
     
    Not too happy with the line up at all but Hope they play bettter. As one said please donot conceded any goals in the first 20 30 min. Otherwise it can be a rout
     
    Wish he’d at least switch Maz and Dalot around. Both are not great at wingback but Dalot would end up not having to cut back to avoid using his left foot. And Dalot is better than Mazraoui at finding space out wide, so we might get a decent cross or two from him if he’s playing on the right.

    Feels like we’re sacrificing both sides the way it is now.
     
    I didn't expect him to change up the wingbacks in this one, but if we're still doing Dalot and Maz by the time we play Southampton I'll be baffled.
     
    Would've preferred Mazraoui in the back three with Amad dropping to wing back but we really don't have many options at the moment. Putting Amad at wing back means starting Garnacho or Zirkzee.

    That defence doesn’t hold me much confidence. Who’s going to out jump Martinez this time?
     
    One of my evaluation of a coach is his line up and the other is his substitutions. We will see.

    Garnacho should be tried at that LWB. 2 FB in the WB positions isn’t working. Worked best with Maz at Cb and Amad RWB
     
    I love how so many people are moaning like we've actual decent alternatives.

    The system isn't changing, so who possibly take Dalot's spot as LWB? Amass? Thrown in vs Liverpool, naive. Who can take Martinez spot at LCB? It's obviously advantageous having a left footer there and Liverpool don't exactly have the same aerial threat as he's been facing lately. Rashford out, Zirkzee stinker, Garnacho not disciplined enough, Antony awful, Yoro has looked vulnerable, Eriksen too immobile, Malacia... well Malacia. Shaw is making TikToks. Whether we like it or not we're actually an awful side at the minute even on paper.

    I'm quietly confident.

    I'd love to say I'd prefer us to just play well, and show signs of progressetc etc but we're completely fecked atm so everything is pointing to us winning by a shithouse last minute penalty.
