    Didn’t Amorim mention this week in one of his interviews that he’ll likely start with the full-backs as wing-backs because it’s harder to get wingers defending from the beginning?

    In that case I’d think Casemiro as CB.
     
    Not sure about this but my sense is the Maz, De Ligt and Evans are the 3 CBs. Case and Ericson as the 2 CMs and Bruno and Garna as the 2 no 10s. Amad and Dalot as wing backs.

    Ya, Eriksen's done well tbf (though I wouldn't go so far as to say our best). Doesn't really match what Amorim traditionally looks for in his cms though. I suspect it is mainly due to fitness.

    interesting as I see it the other way around

    I garnacho as more of an explosive runner, and Amad as more of a tricky dribbler, which would put Amad in 10

    but lets see!

    BBC have maz at left wing back. Evans in centre of 3 man defence with dalot and de ligt
     
    Love the quality we have on the bench today, whoever is selected knows full well that they will be replaced if they don’t perform.

    Think probably trusting Amad more than Garnacho with defensive duties

    Would be shocked if Dalot was in the back 3 and Not Mazraoui to be honest.

    Yeah true, will be interesting to see how we set up, but the teamsheet seems to be 4 at the back at least which I wasn't expecting. He said he doesn't want to change too much in the interview earlier.

    Modern coaches tend not to use a rigid formation.
    Players are expected to be a lot more flexible and move around depending on the situation.

    Remember Amorim said he’d “manipulate him [McKenna] a little”? Manipulate or confuse, IDK. But it’s certainly confusing fans and broadcasters
