Nah, Villa will destroy us. And rightly or wrongly ETH will get the sack on Monday.Everyone is expecting us to lose this, so that probably means we'll win tonight, annoyingly delaying Ten Hag's inevitable sacking.

I 100% agree with that. Like I said I am not hoping for a loss or anything like that.
And if we're going to be a team that ends up 8th in the league and makes a decent cup run every now and than that's fine. We're not entitled to success or winning every game. What is not fine is the manager being unable to set us up to utilize the best of the squad or not get completely outplayed by any team that decides to take the game to us.
I may have been overly negative in that statement but I am echoing the sentiments that many share here, a win is likely to extend Ten Hags lifeline here and only further drag us down. Hence the not so positive statement towards a win.
Even if we win tonight. We won’t beat villa.Everyone is expecting us to lose this, so that probably means we'll win tonight, annoyingly delaying Ten Hag's inevitable sacking.

Do you need help? There's no way get out alive
My worry is that we beat villa, it's a possibility at this stage, this cycle happened before, he'll survive, players will get into form for few games, then again they start the same cycle of shite performances and results
Wish I cared enough to be bricking it.Wenger out
Erik in
Seriously bricking this one.
Hard to be positive about this game alright, draw would be a decent result and will probably need a bit of luck to get that.I was trying to be positive for this one since they managed to lose to Bodö/glimt, but you took that positivity away with this post. They are superstrong at home and we are useless away.
Feels like they can bully us old school with wedgies, head in the toilet and all that jazz.
Indeed and the bastard still hasn’t put his hand up acknowledging blame for the latest car crash on Sunday.at this point it is what it is. Essentially we are in a bad relationship that we know doesnt work and are just waiting for the breakup. I dont care how individual dates go, we all know where this is headed.
Come on United!
Porto supporter I presume?
Yes I'm joking.
This is indeed a huge worry for me as a United fan.My worry is that we beat villa, it's a possibility at this stage, this cycle happened before, he'll survive, players will get into form for few games, then again they start the same cycle of shite performances and results
Some incredible posts on here recentlyThis is indeed a huge worry for me as a United fan.
I've gone for the same line up.Onana
Maz--MDL--Martinez--Dalot
Mainoo--Eriksen
Amad--Bruno--Rashford
Hojlund
If the aim was 8th and be happy about it, we could probably have done that without spending £600m.
We’re not entitled to success, but we are entitled to more progress than we have had from the investment that has been put in.
Being unhappy with that does not make you a bad fan.
Ugarte for Eriksen. But yeah.Onana

Zero legs, but at least we'll be able to string a couple of passes togetherCasemiro-Eriksen-Fernandes midfield apparently.
Porto one of the most high-pressing teams in Europe I read earlier.Zero legs, but at least we'll be able to string a couple of passes together
This is how I think this will go.
Diogo Costa to channel his inner Brad Friedel.
Ivan Marcano to play like peak Maldini.
That former Liverpool failure Grujic to play the game of his life.
Some twat nobody has ever heard of will score a goal.
Utd players to play like a herd of Brambles.
No way any sane club will wait until Christmas. He should get the sack after the Villa game at the latest.I wouldn't worry about it. Either Ten Hag stages a miraculous comeback, strings together a lot of wins and we're back in top 4 contention by November, or he loses a few games and we get a new manager soon.
He's on thin ice. A few more loses before Christmas will finish him. He needs to be exceptional to save his job.
