I remember under Conte, there was a moment in a terrible run of form when Chelsea were losing to Arsenal, Conte kinda said "feck it" and totally changed the system (ironically, from a back 4 to a back 3) and it improved us in an instant and for the rest of the season.

Exactly, he’s completely out of his depth in the EPL and is only going to make things worse, for me he has to show that he’s reached the bottom of the pit and throw on 2/3 kids set the team up up to attack or be sacked because defeat next week will get him the sack!

SJR has Xavi available, he can play 433 compact and try and salvage the season with a poor squad, we have nothing to lose, Xavi costs nothing, £12m to get rid of Amorim and that can be paid in two years, guys he’s just not right, I thought he was the one but he’s too stubborn, to be a truly elite coach, Conte and Alonso started with 3 but were flexible enough to adapt, our coach is simply not the one, we must end this before it becomes truly disastrous.

Neither should be on the pitch, Hojlund should be learning the game in the under 23s. Not sure with zirkzee, because I have no idea where he should be playing at all, hes too slow to be a 10 in this league for a start.
