You can't fix lazy. If the players aren't willing to move into better positions, no formation will fix it. In the 4231 under ten Hag we already had the same problem, no desire to help out team mates, no effort off the ball in attack of defense. Ruud was the only one that got the team to actually run a bit this season and even there the underlying numbers showed we were lucky to not concede way more during his games in charge.Imagine watching these shit players and still blaming the manager
