What's the system of play other than trying (and failing) to play out from the back then hoofing it up the pitch?
We can't defend, there's gaps for the other team every time we play, there's no chance creation, there's no creativity, the front 3 lack chemistry, above all else we're a boring watch.
So what do we have to look forward to? Anything?
I feel like this is a waste of our time now and we're just going through the motions with this team/manager
He is not even being a handful physically for the defenders, really offering next to nothing, can't hold the ball up, very limited linking ability, erratic first touch. Yes, he gets poor service but he still has to show much more than this.
5/8 passes completed, no aerials won, no tackles, no dribbles, 1 shot if you can call it that.
Because he is trying to do everyone else's job (in that most recent case, AWB's)

Maybe pull Mount a bit deeper, maybe start Amass but he's incredibly young. But I think all those imagining a temporary manager would get a tune out of these XI players, against a very in-form Crystal Palace are just dreaming.

Have to look into the staff and quality of training here, a lot of these injuries aren't contact injuries you see in the games.

I get some folks doubting if ETH's system will give us enough control even at its best (I'm not sure personally), but we've had a very clear style of play all season, we just haven't been very good at it.2/3 of possession and we’ve done feck all with it. Clueless attacking play. Zero defence. And we’ve only really got Amad to change it up. Grim stuff.At least we have 63% possession

That is what I'm asking. Is it not at least curious how so many of our regular starters are being dropped due to mystery injuries? Just asking...maybe our entire starting XI save a few are out with injuries picked up in training.
