Just go through the team player by player and really palace have a pretty even side, arguably better and happen to be in much better form. Then add the fact that we don’t get the same players out week after week and this result was entirely predictable. Doesn’t excuse it, but it’s the reality of where this side is.

I agree the result was entirely predictable but not the scoreline.

I just expected whatever players we did have on that pitch to show some fight and not cave in as badly as we did. Then again, as you said, this is the reality
